Because we, the American people, must know about it, because the Government of the Republic of Vietnam not only paid its income tax to build our modern civilization but also, they were side by side together with the American Armed Forces to fight against communism. On the other hand, the Vietnam War was solemnly contributed the assistance aid by the American income tax- therefore, we, the American people, should know all of the United States treaties and law.
