Because a peaceful world is required for each person, everyone is dependent on each family, so the family is dependent on the society when the society is dependent on the education of each nation. As education is the best taught when a citizen is too. If the education of each nation has taught noble morality, the perfect people esteemed honest mindedness more than the barbarian. Furthermore, the education of some nations was based on the fanatic religions when it educated the people, so the people could often have violence rather than morality. However, a few nations were depending on good religions to tutor the people, so the people respect Noble Virtus more than amorality. Indeed, education and religions are the same as one when they often teach ethical conscience for humankind. As humankind is respectful of human dignity rather than acting the barbarous amorality.
