President Putin wants peace than invasion and subversion war in Ukraine

Let me respond to President Putin and by the way, I would like to submit to Sir. Let us review my short essay. If President Putin not only loves peace but also buried down the invasion and subversion, he should withdraw his troops from National Ukraine from 2014 to February 24, 2022, present and he must solemnly apologize to Ukraine people like General Westmoreland has apologized to the Vietnam Armed Forces and the Republic of Vietnam Veterans without having compensated any pennies - even worse, the South Vietnam Armed Forces entire sent to jail. So, the United States Congress was not only proud but also pleased with its American Heroism. Therefore, Mr. Putin should learn by heart from the proxy war's America in Vietnam. Significantly, General Westmoreland and Secretary of State Kissinger not only praised American Human Rights but also expressed the American Community standards by the Vietnam War carried out peace by the United States Congress endorsement war in Vietnam. By comparison, President Putin was invading and subverted national Ukraine within ten months, but the United States of America was invading and subverted the Republic of Vietnam thirty years in the past. However, the United States Congress ordered General Westmoreland and Secretary of States Kissinger to say some words to have handed off policy. Therefore, President Putin invaded and subverted shortly, and Mrs. Putin cut and run out of national Ukraine without having needed any apology or compensation to national Ukraine because the Russian Government is one of five great powerful countries like the United States of America to the authority of invasion and subversion of an entire world without having the United Nations Organization prohibited Mr. Putin and America. In conclusion, President Putin has no treaties with national Ukraine like the United States of America has signed with the Republic of Vietnam within three multilateral, thirty-seven bilateral treaties, a few American laws, and international Relations of protocols. Finally, the United States Congress allowed the American Government to tear all of them without having written law. Therefore, President Putin is slighter than the United States of America to play a hoax in Vietnam. More importantly, the Vietnamese people and the Southern soldiers died more than the Ukraine people. So, if President Putin's self-cutting and running out of Ukraine is good then the United States cutting and running out of the Republic of Vietnam.
