When the concentration re-education camps of the Vietnamese communist regime belonged to the American camp policy, the re-education camps in Vietnam were built by the United States Congress because the United States Congress has self-torn shreds all multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties and international relations of protocols with the Republic of Vietnam. Therefore, the American camp Lejeune in North Carolina is the same as the re-education camps of the Socialists of the Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) because the United States Congress self-built these camps. If the United States Congress should express loyalty, just cause, and justice with the Government of the Republic of Vietnam, the United States Congress not only respected the sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam but also approved the right to self-determination of the Vietnamese Government signed in the Paris Peace Accords. so, the United States Congress has not sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China while three American leaders have self-confessed themselves by their written law. To prove this, General Westmoreland testified to hearings before the United States Congress, next, secretary state Kissinger self-declared before the American public and the world, and finally, President Kennedy self-recorded his tap when he ordered the American Embassy in Saigon to assassinate President Ngo Dinh Diem when the American law and the US Constitution did not allow any American leaders to do this. For example, 22 US Code 2451 which the Law did not allow any American leaders to self-assassinate any leaders' foreigners which is why the American Government distorted this law and therefore, the United States Congress enacted Act's H.R.7886 Pub 88-205 approved Dec. 16, 1963, America not only mobilized the Republic of Vietnam to fight against communism but also the US department of justice came to Saigon, where Rober Kennedy persuaded the Republic of Vietnam to win communism which is why after 30 years in the brutal war. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law." On the other hand, no American citizens or immigrants learned from the heart of the United States Constitution that thought here is American paradise without being in hell. Just because they would like to praise the American paradise when they have never hidden the American law and the US Constitution letting the US Congress freely trap the American people, the American community standards, and the humans in the world in the Vietnam War. Therefore, Mr. Bright Quang would like to compare Camp Lejeune in North Carolina to the same as poisonous water re-education camps in Vietnam because all camps belonged to the United States strategists because the sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam has seized and subverted by great powerful America within the America unjust laws while the US Constitution is distorted by the United States Congress because the United States Congress not only symbolized by American heroism but also impressed by the super values of the American people which is why the United States trapped a weak national Vietnam. Respectfully Yours  Bright Quang
