When our modern civilized America is increasing which is why the fixed mindset of congressmen and senators is to be a dictatorship when the American president is to have two terms.
They have been adhering to the throne to lets them protect their democracy's monopolization. In fact, the state of California is one state monopolizes when it has never enforced the US Constitution and American law and is state law.
For example, Jury people court of the state of California has never had enforced the Federal law when federal 28 USC § 1871 Fees; June 25, 1946, which should pay for the American citizens who attended jury court with $40.00 per day, but the California court did not carry out this. It forced the Californian must attend the jury Court but did not pay any pennies if someone did not attend jury court, it threaded to send to the jail. If someone has been attended for three times, it paid $17.00 per day when federal paid $40.00 per day.
Next, the Department of Motor Vehicle is to be the grandfather of the Californian- in fact, an American citizen has violated a traffic law, the court judged to punished for three months to prohibit any cars which is why I have not violated any traffic law, but it was probated me for 5 years by the Department of Motor Vehicle.

Finally, Our Supreme Court must reform that the nine judges will have two terms and the three judges are Democrats, the three judges are Republican, and three judges are not the party that is why our democracy system was dropped off the American citizens are not a political party. It was not equal and therefore, it has to take place the fighting for supremacy. And all of Congressmen and Senators are within the two terms in order to avoid the corruption because they have been sitting for the long run. When they must be born so much unfairness in our nation and worldwide, they do not only protect their own core of their interests but also did not respect their American people and others. One government has never had respected its people, the government should always be chaotic. That is why the gunmen are always shooting many innocent because they were oppressed by the unfair government. When they were hopeless, they took their life to alter stress.
