Reasons for granting the writ

Just because the unrighteousness of a superpower and modern civilization has not respected any just-cause, this great power will not exist for the long run worldwide. In fact, they have self-confessed wrongful war’s actions in the Republic of Vietnam while they have written evidence openly themselves-and therefore, the settlement case of the prisoners of war of the plaintiff has exactly with a legal action the right which is why the United States Congress has not resolved it, but the United States Congress had self-walked against on the law and Constitution.
