Therefor Kissinger has declared and said, " Vietnam failures we did to ourselves." and his quotes, " see his quotes below" Therefore , the US Senate has sold the Republic of Vietnam in order to earn 140,000. trillion from mainland China, but the Congress has not compensated any pennies to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war because the US Congress has thought about the Vietnamese people as animal-cattle because we were fooled by the socialism of the United States of America. In contrast, today, so many South Americans are highly welcomed by the pollical Democratic Party. As a result, the United States Congress has enacted Hr. 293 in order to praise the Southern officers who came to enrich the United States of America by many jobs when the Native Americans who have never worked them. The only having Vietnamese refugees who came to work their jobs .Also, the Southern Americans have not fought side by side with the American Armed Forces to fight anti- Socialism, but they are respectfully welcomed by the MR president. If we the Vietnamese people have atomic weapons like North Korean or Iran, we the Vietnamese people will be avoided shamefully.
