Dear Senator Joni Ernst Madam, As Senator understood the rule of the United States Congress when the American people who petition to the United States Congress that is why I have been petition my settlement case for prisoner of war to the United States Congress, but the United States Congress not only resolved my case but also seemed to throw my document to garbage. Therefore, on June 14, 2021, I submitted my settlement case to the Senate, the United States Chairwoman, and together with some of the chairs of the committee council because I am based on three American leaders who are Secretary State Kissinger, General Westmoreland, and Lieutenant John Kerry. When they served their proxy war in the Republic of Vietnam, they are not only self-confessed wrongful actions in war but also testified in hearings before the United States Congress. Therefore, I have made a question myself, "Why have the American leader's self-confessed wrongful actions in war, but the American Government had not paid any pennies of pensions to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war when we are side by side together with the American soldiers fighting against communism as we'd lost our sacred fatherland to be imprisoned by our American allies? For me, I had submitted my E-format book to the Senator already. Let the senator review my settlement case. Significantly, the Speaker of the House said, " No one is above the law and the US Constitution." That is why she hadn't resolved my settlement case when she enacted the law one way, she acted another way. Finally, I submitted my case to Senator Chairwoman and some council Chairs on June 14, 2021, but the US Congress-Senate has not responded to my case, but displaying online is Petition2Congress, this matter says the returns to Congresswoman's Anna Echo, and then, to senators of California, and finally, will send to our American President. In my opinion, no rule of our Congress policy had ordered any settlement case like my case which went back to the local Congresswoman and the states Senators reviewed my settlement case and then, will send it to our President. Therefore, I would like Madam to help me because the Vietnam War was over for nearly 50 years, but the American morality expressed loyalty, just cause, and justice seems to be lost by the greatest powerful America, the American Government enacted H.R. 7885 Pub. L. 88-205 Approved December 16, 1963, to invade and subvert the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam while we are allied with the American Government. On the other hand, if the United States of America were the Republic of Vietnam, how would senators fairly realize the South Vietnam situation? Therefore, Madam not only symbolized modernly civilized America but also represented the greatest powerful America, Madam, and Senator Ships should resolve the settlement of prisoners of war equal without having politicized motives because we, the Southern soldiers, had serviced the proxy war of the American Government- therefore, we are earned the benefit of the American veterans like the American soldiers native- just because we, the Southern Officers, had paind enough income tax to the American Governmet.
