The Income Tax for pensions As for us, we, the American people, have been paying the income tax for our American Government which is the sacred duty of the American citizens living in this country which is why we must pay the income tax if we escape the income tax when we can't express the best American citizen- therefore, our American Government can't forgive anyone who escaped the income tax, moreover, our American Government should harshly punish the one who had escaped the Income tax by the American current law like Attorney General in New York City has a special lawsuit for the income tax of Trump Organization. On the other hand, when the American Government had been building the proxy war in the Republic of Vietnam from 1963 to 1975, the United States Congress enacted a law to get the income tax from the Government of the Republic of Vietnam which is 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262; 685 UNTS 207 in force March 1967.
