Dear Republican Majority, I do wish the Republican Majority would accomplish to enforce American law and the United States Constitution like "Unmitigated Punishment for offenders." because the United States of America is the greatest power country, let the Republican Majority fit with American Heroism and super values of the American people and the American community standards without having enacted unjust laws and the United States untrue treaties like the United States treaties signed with the Republic of Vietnam. That is why the greatest power of America used the untrue treaties with the Republic of Vietnam ally of the United States of America by written law. Even so, the masterminds of American leaders have self-confessed wrongful actions in the Vietnam War, they are General Westmoreland, Secretary of State Kissinger, and President Kennedy. while General Westmoreland testified hearings before the United States Congress and said, "A war of both invasion and subversion." Mr. Kissinger openly declared and said," Vietnam failures we did to ourselves." And President Kennedy self-recorded his order to assassinate President Ngo Dinh Diem- another, Lieutenant John Kelley testified hearings before the United States Congress when he not only condemned the Vietnam War but also defamed the Vietnamese people, the Vietnam Armed Forces were inhuman war. Ironically, the plaintiff Bright Quang has been petitioning the United States Congress and House to compensate the veteran's benefits, and his properties were nationalized by the Vietnamese Communist regime because all properties of the Native Americans were compensated by the United States Department of Justice with North Vietnam. However, the United States Congress enacted H.R. 7885 Pub-L 88-205 Approved on Dec. 16, 1963, not only seized the Republic of Vietnam but also sold South Vietnam to mainland China. On the other hand, the US Congress persuaded us (the Republic of Vietnam) to fight against international communists which is why the United States Congress did not allow us to win against communists after thirty years were brutal war, the United States of America betrayed us when the United States destroyed a legal Government of the Republic of Vietnam during the United States Congress not only approved Multilateral Treaties on 23 December 1950, but also enacted by 22 U.S.C. §§ 1571_1604. That is why the United States Congress has not enforced the law and Constitution with the Republic of Vietnam during the Fourteen Amendment to the United States Constitution says, "Section1.
