Dear The Speaker of the House Madam

Dear Speaker of the House Madam I appreciate Madam Speaker of the House so much just because Madam has some free time to email me. So, I have a good chance to submit my settlement case for Prisoners of War to Madam again which is why Madam enacted the law which is H.R. 309 the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, and next H.Res. 1068 reorganizing the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. That is why Madam has not resolved my settlement case for prisoners of war. In the meanwhile, the masterminds of three American leaders have directly self-confessed wrongful actions in war by their written law. So, my settlement case for prisoners of war has been submitted, Madam. This is why Madam hasn't resolved to help me. Significantly, Madam solemnly declared and said, " No one is above the law and Constitution." Why has the Speaker of the House Madam does not enforce the law and Constitution for my settlement case for Prisoners of war when I have carried the American Laws, Constitution, the Hague Conventions, and three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral American treaties signed with the Government of the Republic of Vietnam. For that time, the American Armed Forces were side by side together the Southern Armed forces fighting against socialism, which is why we, the Southern people and soldiers had been paying the income tax to the American Government which law is 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262;685 UNTS 207 in force on May 3, 1967. In fact, the United States Congress not only approved the right to independence of the Republic of Vietnam without having endorsed the independence of North Vietnam by the United States of America no: 152 in Saigon, on April 4, 1961, as Https://www.loc/acq/treaties/Vietnam.tias4717.pdf. Even better, the United States Congress enacted H.R. 7885 Bub. L 88-205 Approved on Dec. 16, 1963, that the United States Congress self-built the Vietnam War which is an invasion and subversion of a legal government of the Republic of Vietnam. In contrast, after the United States of America not only betrayed the Republic of Vietnam but also sold the might South Armed forces to socialism within the unwritten law, the United States Congress had self-torn shreds three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties signed with the Republic of Vietnam. When the United States of America is a modern civilization and one of five powerful nations represented by the United Nations, which is why the United States did not respect any loyalty, just cause, and justice as a small country. While the United States Congress hasn't respected any human dignity of the American heroism and super values of the American people while they have been voting for their Congressional. Even worse, no native Vietnamese had voted for any Congressmen and senate-men, let them enact the law to seize and overthrow the Republic of Vietnam. In the meanwhile, the United States Congress has self-determined the freedom, democracy, and independence of the Republic of Vietnam. Why has the United States Congress self-deprived the right to self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam while the United States Congress approved the independent Republic of Vietnam by written law? Why has the United States Congress praised self-determination itself? On the other hand, the United States Congress not only enacted the law for the treatment of prisoners of war which was 50 U.S.C. 4105 but also had H.R 309 reorganizing the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1075, and H.Res. 1068. Congress.gov to confirm the fall of Saigon or so-called's Black April of 1975. In Particular, the United States Congress has self-organized to betray its South Vietnam allies. Why has the United States Congress compensated any pensions to the Vietnamese American veterans? To compare, the United States Congress self-enacted, the laws to freely invade and subvert a legal government of the Republic of Vietnam without having compensated any pennies during the United States Congress secretly sent one million Southern officers to many concentration camps and freely assassinated three hundred thousand Southern officers without having openly judged- for what the foreign terrorist attacked America, the United States Congress enacted the law to revenge the national terrorists without regrets.As a result, the Speaker of the House has unfairly behaved against the American citizen with other American citizens when we, the American citizens, have been voting for our congressional. However, when the Speaker of the House has become a super leader, Madam looked back on herself. The Speaker of the House seems not to concern with any patriotic citizens again while the Speaker of the House has been fighting for supremacy. As the Speaker of the House has left her patriotic voters behind in inequality, unjust laws, and unjust power. Therefore, I would not donate the gain again because his gain will help the Speaker of the House to be caught up, and let Madam distort the American law and Constitution.
