The US Constitution is abused by the US Congress & American leaders

The United States Constitution has expressed Americanism-however, the American leaders have respectfully not enforced their constitution perfectly. For example, no American Constitution allowed the American leaders that invaded and subverted the foreign countries like the Republic of Vietnam which was invaded and subverted by the Government of the United States of America when the United States not only endorsed the sovereignty and the right to self-determination but also enacted the law recognized the sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam by the American bilateral treaty on April 4, 1961, (TIAS 4717). This is why the United States Constitution has not allowed any American leaders that not only betrayed their close allies but also sold off their allies to the enemy of the American people by the indigenous laws and American treaties-such as the multilateral treaties on 23 December 1950, which was enacted 22 US Code 1571_1604 by the United States Congress while 22 U.S. Code 1571_1604 not only expressed American loyalty, just cause, and justice but also symbolized American Heroism in the Vietnam War. That is why not the United States Constitution allowed any American leaders who invaded and subverted any foreign nations like the Republic of Vietnam while they robbed South Vietnam and then offered South Vietnam to mainland China. Significantly, the United States Congress has destroyed the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam, imprisoned one million Vietnam Armed Forces, murdered three hundred thousand Southern officers without having openly sentenced and three million innocent Vietnamese people were assassinated by 22 U.S. Code 1571_1604 Pub. L 88_206 Approved. December 16, 1961, after the United States Congress assassinated President Ngo Dinh Diem on November 1, 1963. In conclusion, the United States Constitution not only be magic for the American people but also fooled the humankind like the Vietnamese people because the United States Constitution has not super-valued by the American leaders, they have been taken advantage of by the United States Constitution to enrich boundlessly just because they are belligerent more than be respectful peace. On the other hand, the American leaders have been playing their inhuman wars or so-called they are playing their war-hoax without having compensated any benefits after they have been deprived of the right to life of the Southern people and their close Southern Officers. Even worse, the American leaders have self-praised their human rights and have self-defamed war crimes. Therefore, the United States Constitution looks like a puppet of the United States Congress and the American leaders.
