That is why the Vietnamese people have become war minions for the international communist. In the meanwhile, the Vietnamese Southern leaders could not want this war like President Ngo Dinh Diem has secretly told with President Ho Chi Minh that we are peaceful coexistence when President Ngo D. Diem secretly requested national India to talk with President Ho Chi Minh- However, the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of America in Saigon when it didn't like the Ngo Dinh Diem policy- therefore, it secretly submitted to the American Government, President Kennedy has ordered his CIA to assassinate Ngo Dinh Diem. However, the United States of America didn't want the Republic of Vietnam to win against North Vietnam. Just because after World War II, the United States has been built for the fifty-seven inhuman wars on the whole world. Buit the United States of America didn't want any victories, the United States of America was bankrupted by the invaded and subverted wars- Therefore, the United States of America wants to sell the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China in order to subtract one thousand - four hundred trillion dollars (140,000,000.00) (Authority bond) when the mainland China has been bought the American treasury bills. Such as Mr. Kissinger said, " America has no permanent friends or enemies, only interests." Therefore, the United States of America could build a new war in South-East Asia like mainland China and Taiwan in the future. Because the United States of America hasn't respected peace, the United States of America loves the more battles in the world. As a result, the United States of America has self-torn three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties signed with the Republic of Vietnam. Let the United States of America express the disloyalty, unjust cause, and justice of a great powerful and modern civilized America. Finally, the integrity of the United States of America didn't respect its South Vietnam ally like indigenous laws of the United States of America enacted for the Vietnam War. Therefore, the Vietnamese leaders are wise when they shall avoid this war.
