When the United States Congress has not yet resolved my case, I cannot believe Sir and your Congress people because my settlement case for the Vietnamese American veterans that have three American leaders self-confessed wrongful actions in the Vietnam War because my lawsuit is not only legal case by the written rules of three American leaders to be proof of evidence but also carries out the United States Constitution and law- even good, justice is the justice - therefore, a great powerful America cannot deny the justice when I am a weakest plaintiff without having any native American lawyers counseled the law because they were not only discriminated against the national color races but also the American courts prejudiced the American law.
