According to the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution that all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction therefore, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside, No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; or shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Pub.L 329-81 st Congress, 63 Stat 714 December 23,1950 or so-called is the multilateral treaty's Mutual Defense Assistance in Indochina signed in Saigon, Vietnam on December 23, 1950. That is why after nearly 30 years of the inhuman war, the United States of America has self-torn three multilateral, thirty-seven bilateral treaties, and so many international relations of Protocols signed with its close Vietnam ally. Ironically, the United States of America has self-murdered one million excellent Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces and killed three hundred thousand officials in the many concentration camps during robbed all properties of the South Vietnam to sell them to mainland China, but the United States of America didn't compensate a penny to the Vietnamese American Prisoners of war. Even worse, on April 30, 1975, the United States of America has self-cut and run out of Vietnam, the United States Congress didn't allow its enslaved war who would evacuate to the United States of America during Senator Joe Biden states and said, " I am ready to vote any money need to bring American soldiers and Americans out of South Vietnam back to the United States, but I will not give a penny for evacuation and resettlement of any one person. Viet yet, the United States have no responsibility to them. The victory of Vietnamese communist was because they [ the Vietnamese] refused to fight anti-communism. In contrast, the Afghanistan War has been evacuated within three months to let the Afghanistan soldiers to get out of their nation. In fact, Secretary of State Kissinger stated and said, " Vietnam failures we did to ourselves." That is why the United States Congress has defamed the Republic of Vietnam that we, the Vietnam Armed Forces, didn't fight-against Communism. In fact, the United States Congress does not express loyalty, just cause, and justice with its close national Vietnam ally. And why did the United States of America abuse power to bully the small Republic of Vietnam while the United States of America is one of five great powerful countries. and why did the United States of America have self-sold its close Vietnam ally to mainland China? How faith does the United States of America carry out its Constitution? Finally, while the Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces are side by side together with America Armed Forces fighting anti-communism, the United States of America has forced us to pay the income tax by 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262; 685 UNTS 207 on May 3, 1967-however, after selling the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China, we, after 20 years- in the jail, came to the United States of America. The United States of America didn't pay a pension. What do the American citizens pay their income tax to the United States of America, if someone escaped its income tax payment, does the United States of America forgive him or her?
