That is why the Native Americans have carried out this Act, but the Vietnamese American prisoners of war are prohibited by your department if you have discriminated against the nation's color race, you must invade and subvert the Republic of Vietnam to earn the core of interests of America when you have nor cared any Vietnamese core of interests. You should betray your Vietnamese allies when we side by side together with the American Armed Forces to fight against socialism. let you take the biggest core of interest which is why you did not share a little benefit with us. Second, why have you enacted the law but you have not enforced it? Why did you sign so many multilateral, bilateral treaties, and international relations of protocols with the Republic of Vietnam, but you have swallowed it all when you have been symbolized by the greatest power, modern civilization, and progressive society?
