Dear US Senator Madam, First, I would like to thank madam so much because Madam has resent the newsletters to me. Second, by the way, I would like to submit my opinion to madam by the way I have been submitting my settlement case for prisoner of war to the state of Californian Senators and I would like to share this with Senator Madam. and here is: Dear Senator Alex Padilla Sir, I did not know the reasons when the US Congress has enacted H.R 309 to order the Vietnamese American prisoners of war who claim the benefits of prisoner of war to the US Congress. That is why the United States Congress has transferred my settlement case for prisoner of war to the local congresswoman Anna Eshoo and the state of California senator You and Senator Alex Padilla to do my case. Therefore, I would like to request Madam and Sir to help my settlement case for prisoner of war. First, I was side by side together with the American Armed Forces fighting against communism to follow H.R 7885 Publ-L 88-205 Approved December 16, 1963- besides that, the United States Congress has bullied us by a bilateral treaty is 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262;685 UNTS 207 on March 31 and My3, 1967. Let us pay the income tax for the Government of the United States of America -in the meanwhile, we were just fighting against communism and we were just paying the Income-tax during The US Congress has endorsed ur sovereignty and self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam. That is why the US Congress has secretly torn shreds the American law to sell our sovereignty to mainland China to destroy a legal government of the Republic of Vietnam, and to send us to many concentration camps. Ironically, all of our properties and our small businesses were nationalized by our foe of the Vietnamese communist regime without having any chapters and Articles had recorded in the Paris Peace Accords. In condition, after twenty years have gone by, the US Congress has enacted S 484 BRING THEM HOME ALIVE. However, I have come to my second motherland's America, the American Government did not pay any pensions during I have been paid the Income to tax to the American Government. When the local government has trained my works with many American mental ills, they have receipted $ 12,000.00 per month, but it paid me to have $36.00 per month and it did not allow me to transfer to any American University to update the modern civilization. Therefore, I did realize oneself I am an enslaved war of the American proxy war, and therefore, I must decide to struggle for justice as a prisoner of war just because I think the disloyalty, just cause, and justice of the Vietnam War of the American Government to be an untruth. Therefore, I have been found out some of the pieces of written laws of the American leadership masterminds to let my petition to the US Attorney General, but I am discriminated against the national color racist and therefore, I have been a petition to the US Congress on August 19, 2019, and then, I have been a petition to the US Senate on June 20, 2020. However, both legislative organ has not resolved my settlement case for prisoner of war because these organs have been enacting for the law to invade and subvert a legal government of the Republic of Vietnam while the US Congress has solemnly endorsed the sacred sovereignty and self-determination of the South people and government by NO: 152 signed at Saigon April 4, 1961. Next, the good reason, I would like to need you and Senator Aless Dallia to help me because I am the oldest guy when I will not know the days of my past aways of the death. I am an enslaved war to have not had money to down a tomb part to let my children will be buried me because I will not want my body to look like the 81 South Vietnam soldiers were died by the American proxy war without having had a tomb part. If my children and my offspring will not be unable to pay any income -tax to the local government, so the local government must dig up my tomb part and throw it anywhere on the earth and revier. Therefore, I want to leave special evidence of my enslaved war to the American History which will understand about the henchman war of the American proxy war without having respected loyalty, just cause, and justice of the greatest power of America and modern civilization had treated with its henchman when the Vietnam Armed Forced has had side by side together with the American Armed Forces to fight against communism. That is why we have been destroyed against loyalty, just cause, and justice by our second motherland's America. Finally, I would like to request you and senator Alex Dallia to help me settlement case for prisoner of war to follow with the American law and the US Constitution because I have had three pieces of exact evidence of the written law by General Westmoreland, Secretary of state Kissinger, and President Kennedy to prove my exact case of prisoner of war which was submitted to your congress and Senate already by the states of Califonia notary sealed. I would like to thank Madam and Sir so much.
