A Short Story

Please give him a short story. Let me share with you a short story of the life of a Vietnamese American prisoner of war when he lived together with the American power. No prisoners of conscience in the whole world have been as dishonored as him. Even good food materials have been helping humans to keep healthy like money that looks like a ladder which helps the one who picks up an orange fruit when the one cannot pick it up because it is on high. However, human dignity is still higher than materials and money. If the magnates have so much money as the high Everest mountain, their human dignity should be the same as Everest. Thus, their dignity is dirt more than a toilet. So, their money and dignity are not corresponding with each other when their spirits always have carried sufferings limitless. Such as the Vietnamese American prisoners of war, we have been living in a glorious free nation. When food and money cannot be lacking, our spirits are always secretly sorrowful in the long life, but no one understands us. Just because this modern civilization has been lived by money and materials, it has never cared about the moral conscience or virtue when it has openly conquered us to follow with money and fame, that we should forget our wonderful traditional family. In fact, this modern civilization has secretly been persuading its critical race theory to discriminate against the nation color race. That means has enacted arrogance which builds up animosity and ends inhuman wars to deprive the right to life of innocent humans. In fact, the American proxy war has taken place in South Vietnam for thirty years in the past. What has it left the Vietnamese people and the Southern officers? Perhaps, no Vietnamese people and South Officers have dared tell many bad things out when the Vietnam War was done forty years ago. Why don't we dare talk about many worsen matters in the Vietnam War civilization while a great American power not only sowed so much suffering but also fooled us? So, are we corresponding to living in modern civilization and American society not? Or do we keep our head down to praise the United States when we are cursing each other in ourselves? Why do we forget many dishonors in the Vietnam War to let us praise the American government that not only sold us to socialism but also subverted our legal government when the US had torn all multilateral, bilateral treaties, international relations of protocols, and the American law and Constitution? For example, the US Congress has enacted the law one way when it acted another as HR.7885 Pub-L 88_205 Approved December 16, 1963, which not only ordered us to fight against communists but also mobilized us to fight against socialism to win. Why did not the United States Congress keep its loyalty, just cause, and justice with the Republic of Vietnam when the US is a modern civilization, yet we are an ethnic minority group living together with it? Significantly, Why has not the United States Congress held on to its written laws with the Vietnamese American prisoners of war? Just because the US Congress has been treating it critically, race theory against the Vietnamese people's race- for example, on 30 April 1975, the US Congress did not evacuate out of Saigon which is why the US Congress has ordered to evacuate Afghanistan soldiers and people within three months. The Vietnam Armed Forces not only protected the American troops firmly but also cut and ran out of Saigon safety. As a result, the American proxy war has passed forty-five. But the US Congress has not enforced any laws. Which has the treatment for prisoners of war this is why the Vietnamese American prisoners of war have left behind the US Constitution and law without having kept any loyalty, just cause, and justice. Why does not the US Congress resolve the Settlement case of Prisoners war in the Vietnam War? Ironically, the US Congress has carried out the critical race theory to discriminate against the Vietnamese American prisoners of war. In fact, 28 U.S.C.§2673. Reports to Congress of 28 USC§ 1346b-June 25, 1948-Chapter 171-Tort Claims Procedure which is why his settlement case for prisoners of war has been submitted to the US Congress and Senate, but the US Congress has not resolved his case. This is why the US Congress has transferred his case to a local Congresswoman and local state of California senators to review and to send to our president-in the meanwhile, no rule, and no administration of the US Congress enacted the rules to return settlement cases for prisoners of war to the local government. On the other hand, the US Congress has enacted H.R 309 Recognizing the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. The US Congress should resolve the Vietnamese American prisoners of war which is why the US Congress has changed this Act when the US Congress has publicized changed it so that the US Congress has distorted this Act to say," No Congressmen voted for it. But the Congress 116th (2019-2020) has said, "The resolution honors the contributions of Vietnamese Americans and honors the service of members of the U.S. Armed Forces and the South Vietnamese forces who fought in Vietnam, including those who gave their lives." That is why the US Congress has not resolved any cases of prisoners of war. Therefore, the US Congress has applied the critical race theory to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war when the US Congress has been saying that no one is above the law and Constitution, but the US Congress has left the law and Constitution behind the core interests of the party.
