Let him comment on the Harvard Law Review of The Geneva Convention and Treatment of Prisoners of War in Vietnam

Thanks for sharing! Let him comment on the Harvard Law Review of The Geneva Convention and Treatment of Prisoners of War in Vietnam that the United States of America has not only endorsed the Vietnam War but also approved has four sides that they are the Viet Cong's arm - the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam and the United States of America- the Republic of Vietnam while International committee of the Red Cross is represented by Vietnam in South and North in the spring of 1965, the Red Cross had checked posted by 17 parallel the Vietnam conflict by the written law. More importantly, the Harvard Law has pointed out that these laws were approved by the United States Congress like a nail in the coffin. Even good, the Harvard Law Review has confirmed that the Republic of Vietnam and the United States when the letter from both Ministers of Foreign Affairs who are Dr. Tran Van Do on Aug.11, 1965. And Keith Holyoake of the United States 6id 142 (1966) they gathered sent their letters to the Red Cross without having North Vietnam and the National Liberation front of South Vietnam, but the Geneva Convention and Treatment of prisoners of War 274 UNTS 339 in1966, North Vietnam acceded the Red Cross that had sponsored by Soviet Union and China. In contrast, the Geneva Convention and treatment of Prisoners of War in 1949, 1950, and 1953, Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) did not have acceded to these Geneva Convention. Therefore, the Geneva Convention and Treatment of Prisoners of War still affected the United States of America because the United States of America is an ally of the Republic of Vietnam as signed by the more written law.
