Dear Senators Sir, The Government of the United States of America has signed with the Government of the Republic of Vietnam three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties. That is why the Government of the United States has not carried out them when the United States has torn shreds to betray the Republic of Vietnam. In fact, three American leaders not only testified hearings before the United States Congress but also have self-confessed wrongful actions' war in Vietnam. To prove, first General Westmoreland testified before the United States Congress when he said, " a war both invasion and subversion... and then, President Johnson created a salesmanship campaign in which the US sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China. (See page 62 of the book Justice for Vietnam ISBN:978-1-6624-6387-7 by the Author Bright Quang.) Significantly, when General Westmoreland cut and ran out of the Republic of Vietnam, he is on behalf of the Government of the United States of America to apologize to South Vietnam Armed forces because we abandoned you. (See page 75 of the book Justice for Vietnam-ISBN:978-1-6624-6387-7 by the Author Bright Quang.) Next, Secretary of State Kissinger self-confessed wrongful actions in Vietnam when he declared, " Vietnam failures we did to ourselves and his quotes, "the Vietnam war required us to emphasize the national interest rather than an abstract principle. What President Nixon and I tried to do was unnatural. And that is why we didn't make it."(See page 62 of the book Justice for Vietnam-ISBN:978-1-6624-6387-7 by the Author Bright Quang.) Finally, Lieutenant John Kerry testified in hearings before the United States Congress which is why he defamed the Republic of Vietnam when he was serving in South Vietnam because he directly condemned his service in the war. He requested to get his veterans' benefits. (See page340 of the book Law of War of Land for the Republic of Vietnam-ISBN:978-1-64674-169-4 This book was not submitted to the US Congress because it is expensive by the Author Bright Quang.) the book Justice for Vietnam had submitted to the US Congress& Senate, and Senator Lindsey.) Even worse, the United States has signed three multilateral treaties with South Vietnam, but these treaties have not sent us to the North Vietnam jails and nationalized all of our properties which had rapped the wives of the Southern officers who were imprisoned by North Vietnam when their wives were visitation their husbands in the highlands of North Vietnam, the securities of the North Vietnam police not only rapped their wives but also mugged medicines, food, and clothes after they rapped the women' visitation their husbands. Why wasn't the bad situation agreed in these multilateral treaties? On the other hand, thirty-seven bilateral treaties have two of the thirty-seven that is the income tax when the United States forced us to pay income tax to our American motherland, this is why the Government of the United States hasn't paid any pennies of pensions when we returned to our motherland? The treaty was signed in Saigon on March 31 and May 3, 1967. Next, the treaty of the United States not only approved the right to self-determination but was also endorsed by the US Congress and registered by the United Nations, which is Number 152 at Saigon, April 4, 1961. Finally, I would like to ask Sir: What has the Government of the United States of America expressed loyalty, just cause, and justice for the Republic of Vietnam? Especially, Mutual Defense Assistance treaty was signed at Saigon on December 23, 1950, approved by the US Congress by 22 US Code 1751_1604. (See page 322 of the book Justice for Vietnam-ISBN:978-1-6624-6387-7 by the Author Bright Quang.) Why has this multilateral treaty been unjust law of the greatest powerful America? Therefore, the United States not only betrayed the Republic of Vietnam but also imprisoned three million South Vietnam soldiers, the two hundred thousand Southern officers were gradually assassinated in the Vietnamese communist jails without having been judged. In the meantime, the American leaders live in luxurious mansions while not only imprisoned but also losing our sacred fatherland and all things by the American hands-off policy. Therefore, I must petition the US Congress when we struggle for justice as prisoners of war. Respectfully Sir- Bright Quang.

The Bad Fate of The United States

The United States shall divide into two parts oneself when the Republicans and Democrats have self-fought against each other. So, the greatest powerful America seems not to be proud of itself too, the superhuman dignity of the American people is very sad because the American fate had been laid by God. In fact, the United States has been sowing so many inhuman wars in the world without having compensated the war victims like in the Vietnam war when the United States Congress enacted the law in one way and acted in another without having the Constitution allowed. Significantly, our fathers of the American nation found the greatest truth, human rights, and creativity all men are equal. That is why the descendants of our American fathers not only abused the American power to exploit the blood and bones of the weak foreign people but also betrayed its close allies to impress unjust laws of the powerful country. For example, the American leaders are insensitive to their close Southern officers when the United States Congress put us in so many communist jails without having regrets which is why the American leaders are very happy life living in luxurious mansions while the Southern officers were imprisoned by their close American allies during their wives of South Vietnam were going to the highlands of North Vietnam, they visited their husbands. So, the Vietnamese Communist securities of the concentration camps not only raped them but also mugged all visitations like food, medicines, and clothes without having human rights concerned their worsen situation. Even worse, the United States Congress has not expressed its loyalty, just cause, and justice to South Vietnam's allies, the United States has solemnly self-persuaded us to fight against communism very well, but when the American troops cut and run out of Vietnam, the United States Congress thought us to be animal cattle. Therefore, the outcomes of the greatest powerful America have self-divided oneself because of the ethical conscience of the Vietnam War of the Government of the United States of America is silver like lime. As we, human beings, have understood the conflicting inhuman wars in the world which have two reasons and causes; one reason is the ambitious conflict between the powerful countries and the weakest nations, the powerful countries not only deprive the rights of life of the weakest humans but also destroyed the undeveloped humans to let them explore their new interests. Next, the causes of the inhuman wars of the powerful countries exterminated so many human-undeveloped people without having regrets, Just because the powerful countries always express their discrimination against the national color, they always praise human rights in order to cover up their ambitious amoral wars when their inhuman wars not only rob the foreign lands of the weakest but also build the foreign chaos to against their modern civilized development lets the powerful countries freely create their sublime weapons because their amoral wars have taken place for crimes more than peace or so-called the good and the barbarian, but the barbarous wars are more than the good like the Vietnam War. First, the United States also expressed unjust laws without having in its Constitution, which symbolized its sublime power to threaten many weak foreign nations, and impressed its matrix of freedom of human rights, and of discrimination against the national color races. Let human beings not be misunderstood by the inhuman wars of the United States because the United States is super number one.
