My opinion that you should not need to evaluation to my manuscript because your company is not editor in chief of my book, your company was hired by me in order to publish my book when our agreement did not need to passed by your censor. As you have known our agreement did not have any statutes policies in censor of my book.

Especially, before payment off, I have had requested to review my manuscript, but you company has forced me pay first and sign agreement after.

Finally, after two agreements did not have any censors of your requested censor to my works. Because I have had more publishers that they shall accept to my manuscript in order to publish my book, but they did not have any censors to my manuscript because you have thought the bad of my book, but my readers should think of the best because I have wrote my book to offer to my all readers, but not offer to your company reading or evaluation it.

When I have been reviewed to your policy, I have seen few of your rules are without the statutes of the United States of America.

Again, before signed agreement, I have requested you should be reviewed to my manuscript if you shall publish my book and I pay and sign name on our agreements .But you did not need it, you have needed to get my payment first; and then you have been making me trouble to my book.
