My Torch
I take up my torch in the darkness
When we travel the long road
My torch is not snuffed out by the wind
It burns bright in the rainstorm, my flame
Helping all to see in the darkness
Our way is difficult, hearts warmed
By my torch when life becomes too hard
And disappointing. My torch shines for all

The Nature of Public Opinion
The nature of public opinion is symbolized for the society is democracy that is the new way to build a modern country because the government always gives ear to the people what can they say and want? If the government would not give ear to the people so its country will be lost democracy. When the government always gives ear to public opinion, its government really belongs to people. Obviously, the public opinion is the voice of many classes of people in the bigger country or the smallest country, but the government has its duty and responsibility listen to them. For example, we know a small virus that we can’t see it, but it can kill a person, that the public opinion is the most important in the modern society. In fact, the powerful government has won the enemy, but the public opinion would not esteem to the powerful government that is not called the win, or so-called the powerful government can’t conquer to all of the hearts of people, so the powerful government that should be existed for the long run. On the other hand, a country has its government is trusted by its people, so that country has succeeded every way and led them too easy. If the public opinion does not obey government, that government is defeated quickly by its people. As a result, public opinion that is the collective opinion of many people on some issue of the problems as a guide to action or decision.
First of all, what role should public opinion play? Even though, public opinion is very strong in people, but it does not have any foundation, and then, the public opinion that is not recognized by the government. Thus, the public opinion has reverenced by its government. The exact role of public opinion should be setting up by the group after that this group should be submitting the opinion to its government. In this case, the role of public opinion looks like an instrument to service for the powerful to rule the people. On the other hand, public opinion of the poor and weak people can’t arrive in the government because the weakest and the poorest people have lacked many conditions to report their public opinion to the central government, that public opinion that we call the one way. For example, many poor and weak people are the low levels, what do them somehow submit their views to the public opinion? Because the weakest and the powerful have not met at a target, the voice of the weakest people can’t show up before the population. Obviously, we have never seen that George Gallup, who report the public opinion of the poorest and the weakest of people to the central government or before populations.
Government by majority opinion, when American people have paid everything for taxes; they are great than some countries in the world, but their government have spent for education and health that are less than the national defense. In contrast, when American people fully pay everything for taxes, they are pained for health that they should pay money for hospital, but public opinion can’t tell any words. For example, “Taxes are too high and yet also say government is spending too little in areas such as health, education, and the environment.” Even though, public opinion has good ideas, but central government would not give ear to it. For instance, public opinion does not want to donate the financial to some poor countries in the world, and then, the central government has freely donated it to them when American people have been paying for many taxes with high price. Thus, public opinion of American people looks like water off a duck’s back, regarding the government of the United States.
How informed is public opinion? The following five questions of the American Democracy, by the author, the fact of problem, we know that public opinions of the American people do not care some problems in the world because of the intellectual standard of the American people is too high more than some countries in the world, but there is only the 6percent for correctly responsibility, and 9 percent have known four answers; and 37 percent could answer none of the questions, and the end, the 21 percent has answered correctly. As a result, the public opinion of American people does not care the problems in the world. However, the central government of the United States has cared more often its people. In fact, public opinion of American people looks like a well without water. In some cases, the public opinion of American people has not lack any information because of the United States of America is modern country that has the most information in the world such as TV, broadcasts, internet, and newspapers, and so on. However, public opinion of the American people would not want to interfere into others, but the government of the American people always says to esteem public opinion, in the end, the resulting ratio of the approbation of the American people that we see the government of the United States against the interests of the people. Perhaps, the government of the United States might forget Brahman Lincoln when he has said, “A government of the people, by the people, and for the people.”
Almost the governments in the world always give ear to people when they really need to voting paper of elector that is the reason they listen to public opinion. After that they become the member of government, they have never considered public opinion. For instance, in the United States, when public opinion would not want to tell the private life of President Bill Clinton, that Congress of the United States wants to take off him. In the end, the Congress of the United States is lost, and then it has spent so many million dollars of the American people, during many poor American people become to homeless. The measurement of public opinion is the most important idea when we should see the effect of the government listening to public opinion.
How Americans learn their politics? Nowadays, American people should learn politics that have brightly succeeded by the American politicians for all black people without slavery. Nearly, we have seen Jr. Martin Luther King, who struggles for black people when they are distinguished and lost equality by the white people. However, the process of the political socialization is come from much the friends, the parents, the families and the schools in the United States because of their values of views are greatly, highly recognized by all people, who think that’s the just cause like the ovule of flower. Next, the characteristic of political socialization looks like a forest that is fully raising varieties’ flowers. We have seen that the tendency of the process of political socialization that grows up quickly. Obviously, we have seen the three bigger events of the United States in the past such as Abraham Lincoln, who has struggled for releasing the slavery of the Black people; second, the American students have taken to the street to against the Vietnam War, and then Jr. Martin Luther King. Specially, as we know that the American family is for sure of the social foundation of social America, if that does not have any family so there is not building the political socialization. Thus, the family is a powerful agent of socialization because the children do not realize to the political attitudes and therefore their parents should teach them well. For instance, their parents or teachers should explain to them. Why do the children salute to colors? When the children have known about the value of their flag, they have the duty and responsibility to protect the flag because it is symbolized for a national country and people. Also, the school is like the family because the instructor who communicates many main great materials to the students, therefore school could occupy a great site of central political socialization in the United States of America. Then, we know that the political socialization of the United States of America is occupied the most important by the peers. When many members of peer groups look like friends, neighbors, and co-workers-ten to have good political opinion, there is a good location of many politicians that they might convey their ideas. Another, the mass media are another powerful socialization agent because the media communicates the political information of the two persons or someone and other one to everyone. And therefore, the mass media are the most important of the political socialization, In fact, the people might look like to many political leaders and institutions when some American politicians declare their views before the popular and after that the people should debate to their main ways of leading country. For example, the way of Republican Party that is more concerned to foreign policy like the war in the world, but the way of the Democracy Party is always concerned to its people great than foreign. Finally, nearby the seventeenth-century Puritan today’s Islamic Nation, churches have long been attending inside the political socialization so struggle for the vital religions that is the most important to the political socialization.
We should think that we live in the country that we call democracy; therefore the American people think politically that is the most important in their lives in at least two respects. On way is public opinion that likes to affect government. When the government always esteems a democracy system, the government gives to public opinion. Second, it is the important reason that government understands how the people think politically which is bright because the government has never had against the public opinion that is high esteemed by the government. Specially, cultural thinking that is the way of political socialization because every idea of people is displayed, but no one is not prohibiting from the government. Then we can define that the nature of the American political experience or political individualism. In the United States, American people, is the natural idea that is so powerful. Next, the ideological thinking is the most important in the social democracy system because public opinion is considered by the government. Then the ideological freedom is esteemed by everybody and the government. For example, the people are freely taken to the street by their ideas, but their government does not prohibit them. On the other hand, in the United States, the ideological thinking of the people is too low because we do not see any ideological thinking that is struggled for just cause. Perhaps, they have spent great time in their works to earn good money. As a consequence, recent surveys have sought to measure ideological tendencies in the mass public by asking two questions of respondents the following author said, “Whether they support or oppose an activist role for government in determining the distribution of economic benefits in society and whether they support or oppose activist government as a mean of promoting a particular set of social values.” We know that even though the supports or oppose, we also esteem the opinion of the population that we have reverenced to the ideological people because of we live in the social freedom and we reverence every class of people. However, this ideology is not damaged to the interests of this country, but it is based on the laws of the United States. Obviously, the ideological thinking has been conservatively so democracy strongly grows up when people follow their freedom. On the other hand, many groups in the United States are very important when the ideological thinking is reverenced from all people. Then this country has many immigrant groups to live here that they have been more home, their groups have many classes, religions, races, genders, and ages. Even though, many religions differ about ideological thinking, but they also obey the laws of the United States. First, the religious differences have many good ideological thinking to lead the congregations to follow the main way of morality, Regarding to this country, the Catholic first comes here. After that, Jews and Islamic, Buddha, and Confucius have a great ideological thinking. For example, the Buddha has the Middle way in order to for leading the people who turn back the morality. Therefore, he creates the four noble truths are that of the way leading to all men that they know how to the right understanding, the right thought, the right speech, the right action, the right livelihood, the right effort, the right mindfulness, and the concentration. Much great ideological appears in this country, and then the Supreme Court and the Congress have gone too far in keeping religious and moral values like prayer out of our laws, school, and many areas of our live.
Second, we know that this country is the United States of America too big and therefore it has many classes in the social. When the process of the economic class that it is less influence on political opinion in the United States than in Europe. However, the class is the low income of American people that they are carefully concerned by this government. It is called the welfare program in order for helping it for rising up, and the rich class has its duty and responsibility for helping the poor. Specially, we know many religions in the United States that they have powerful interacted. Then many American people are looking for to this region’s richness to build the new life. However, they belong of their race; we know that this country has the African Americans are strongly, they always struggle for their lives. For instance, in the state of California has the Vietnamese Americans always display their opinion, but they do not have any unionism and on the other hand the equalities between races are different. Obviously, the following a Gallup survey indicated, for example of the author shows: “58 percent of white but only 34 percent of African American believe that the justice system treats people of the two races equally.” Even though, the races are not equal, but he gender does not have more opinion. When men and women’s opinion diverge, men do not lean in the welfare program, but the women like to lean it. However, the virtue of women and men are the same. For instance, men and women wear the same clothing types and works. In contrast, the partisanship and issue opinion between Republicans and democrats differ significantly in their opinion on many policies that we see in order of questions: “Los Angeles Times, November 5, 1995; NBC News, Wall Street Journal poll, December 9, 1996; Gallup, December 4, 1994; Gallup, August 13, 1997.” They have reported about favor civil rights protections for homosexuals, favor tighter controls on gun own ship, and favor more government spending on the poor that the partisan of democracy is the great than favor. Yet, the partisan of republican is less than favor. The duty and responsibility of the partisan of the Democrat Party or Republican Party of African Americans is loyal to the just cause. Obviously, by the way, even of Clinton-Lewinsky scandal, a Gallup poll indicated that 87 percent of Democrat and 63 percent of independents, but only 35 percent of Republics want Clinton to remain in office. As a result, the most people who do not want to interfere to the privates of Clinton. Even though, they live in the democrat country, they always reverence the face to each other.
The influence of public opinion on policy is very important idea. To conclude, public opinion can define such as those opinions to hold by ordinary citizens that they openly express. We know that public officials have many ways of assessing public opinion. The process of political opinions is called political socialization by the individualism. During, childhood the family and the school are important source of basic political attitudes, and we know those many of nature of the United States political and economic systems. Many of the basic orientations that Americans acquire during childhood remain with them in adulthood, but social is a continuing process. There are also short-term fluctuations in opinion that result from new political socialization issue, prelim, and events. In addition, individuals develop opinion as a result of group orientations, notably religion, income, occupation, region, race, gender, or age. Partisanships are perhaps the major source of political opinion. For example, Republicans and Democrats differ in their voting behavior and views on many policy issues. Public opinion has a significant influence on government but seldom determines exactly what government will do in a particular instance. Some policy actions are beyond the range of possibility because the public will not accept change in existing policy or will not consider policy. Evidence indicates that officials are reasonably to public opinion.
