Why has the Republic of Vietnam paid the income tax for the Government of the United States?

Dear Sir/Madam We the people have believed in the United States of America that we are killing ourselves because the Government of the United States of America has never respected any laws, multilateral, bilateral treaties, international relations of protocols, and international agreements with other foreign nations. But the United States of America has strongly carried out bilateral treaties' income-tax is Agreement regarding income tax administration. Exchange of notes at Saigon on March 31 and May 3, 1967, Entered into force. 18 UST 546; ITAS 6262; 685 UNTS 207. That is why the Southern troops and officers not only fought against communism but also must pay income tax for the Government of the United States of America which is why the United States Congress has sold us to mainland China. Ironically, the Government of the United States of America has pushed us to many jails in Vietnam from 30 April 1975 to 1997 without having regretted it, but the United States Congress has enacted HR. 293 praised us for enriching the United States by the low jobs of the American society. In contrast, when we have retirement, the Government of the United States and the United States Congress had not counted any times and paid income tax during the wartime Vietnam battlefield. So, the income tax, we have been paying for the Government of the United States of America to which means when our blood and marrow-bones go where? That is why the United States Congress has not paid any pennies of our pensions which is why the United States Congress has sold us to mainland China. In conclusion, Taiwan should be the same as the Republic of Vietnam because all the American laws, multilateral, bilateral treaties, and international relations protocols of the US have been signed with Taiwan like water off a duck's head because Mainland China will pay the highest price to the American democracy. Because the Government of the United States of America has never respected its loyalty, just cause, and justice, the United States Congress only respected the national core of interests rather than the foreign nations because the American culture is the invasion and subversion of foreign to sell others to enrich them boundlessly as like the Republic of Vietnam.
