Dear New Minority Leader Hakeem Feffries Sir

Dear New Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, First, I again congratulate you and wish you to carry out the equal United States Constitution and law for all men. Even worse, your former situation and my situation are the same as one situation. Second, I should have struggled for Justice as the Vietnamese American Veterans benefits or the Prisoners of war because no three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties and the United States Constitution and law of the United States of America have deprived the right to life of us, sent us to jail and nationalized us without having compensated while a great powerful America self-signed them with our Republic of Vietnam by the American written rules which is why the United States Congress not only abused power but also bullied us to surrender Socialism when the United States of America sold our ancestry to mainland China without having the equal American, the United States forced us to pay the income tax to American Government- how fair would the United States Congress use income tax of the Republic of Vietnam, wouldn't you? Third, why did the native American employees of the Vietnam War take the compensation from North Vietnam, but the United States Congress betrayed us? How would you realize we were enslaved by war or dirty, cool workers of the United States while we were side by side together with American Armed Forces fighting against socialism in the past? What do you realize about a great powerful country cheating a small less developed? Is America the richest by a millionfold? And why does the United States Congress have applied the neo-colonial for the Vietnamese people and the Southern troops? Finally, I would like to re - submit my settlement case for the Vietnam war, let you review it and you should have self-judged it. Respectfully Yours Bright Quang
