No State shall enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, or deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law." In fact, the United States Congress has been approved for three multilaterals, thirty-seven bilateral treaties with the Republic of Vietnam. Indeed, the United States Congress had approved the sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam by TIAS 4717; 405 UNTS 77. Even worsened, a great powerful America has not only enforced any multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties with a small national Republic of Vietnam but also betrayed its close ally's Republic of Vietnam- just because talk by book, the Vietnamese American prisoners of conscience have the exact evidence of the betrayed American leaders when it has three American leaders that they have self- confessed wrongful actions in Vietnam War by their written law. Therefore, we, the Vietnamese American prisoners of conscience, would like to express the American law, Constitution to frankly struggle for justice with the United States Congress because President Bush's son has declared and said, " South Vietnam did not struggle for their freedom which is why they have not it today." Therefore, we, the Vietnamese American refugees, should impress the voice of the American President and three American leaders above, we would like to directly struggle for justice as prisoners of conscience with the Government of the United States of America.
