 Because one greatest power and modern civilization uses justice in order to deceive for the low-class and normal men, these classes are busily for livelihood when the powerful have been enacting so much unjust-law in order to bind its citizens. In fact, the American citizens are bound by many bills in life. Therefore, the American citizens have never had time to experience sociology when they are busy earning good money. Even worse, they have never been concerned for their civil-rights. For example, the rights of voters have never been respected. For example, the American population has approximately 350, 000,000. 00 men, but they have registered to vote approximately 150,000,000 voters. When one modern civilized society should register to vote minimum 80 % voters in order to express the highest of people intellectually , let them protect themselves. However, they have not considered it to be important rights. Let American government power have abused the civil-rights when their government has enacted the unjust-law in order to abuse the voters. Let’s distort justice. In condition, the ballots of the American voters have never requested for the referendum to let the American people allow their congress to enact law which it freely robs so many foreign nations when the United States Constitution has thought the foreign nations to be good neighbors. While the best neighbor could not attack to the United States of America which is why the United States Congress enacts law to invade few foreign nations if the the American people intellectual expressed to symbolize their modern civilization, so the American people should struggle for justice in order to save the innocent humankind who was assassinated by the injustice-power. On the other hand, the high class of the American people is lower than the low-class when the voice of the high class wishes to enrich themselves because the ambitious enrich themselves boundless of the humankind which is the same as one. However, the ethical conscience of natural humankind can not lose because we humankind should realize where is right and where is evilly. But the lives of the American people are sunk into bills, they do not have time to struggle for justice. In fact, the ballots of the American people were stolen by the power, but the American people have not cared.

Dear the United States Congress,

 Dear the United States Congress, 

While  the United States Congress has been impeaching for the American citizens which is why the United States Congress has never resolved the suffering matters of the normal citizen. Perhaps, the United States Congress is not only deprived of the rights to life of its citizens but also discriminates against the national color origin because the impeachment and resolving matters are the same one-justice. Next, we the people, have been voting for the United States Congress when the basis on our ballots voted for the United States Congress to enact the law which is why the United States Congress has been enacting for the law, but the United States Congress has never enforced the law of Congress. What does the duty and responsibility of the United States Congress do exactly? In case, the United States Congress has strongly abused the power to do other ways in order to protect the core of interests of the political democratic Party than the interests of the national and people? Finally, when the some American treason guys who secretly robbed the American ballots in order to transfer to other sides, but the United States Congress has never investigated the election frauds because the low courts to the highest Courts have been denied the lawsuits for many times which are why the United States Congress did not investigated to find out the main reason in order to protect the justice, which is why the United States Congress is doing for one way, but other ways the United States Congress has been impeached for the end of the roos For example, the settlement case of the prisoners of war, the United States Congress has enacted the HR.309 which is why the United States Congress is delicious swallowed by the  power of the the United States Congress.

The Political Democratic Party of American socialism is sitting above the United States Congress when it has been enacting for Unjust-laws. Let's fool the American Voters and the worldwide who have believed to the greatest Power and civilized- and progress  America.

L 88_205 in order to rob the Republic of Vietnam and to sell the Republic of Vietnam in order to protect the core of interests of the American leaders and America which is why the United States Congress has not compensated the war-victims when the United States Congress has deprived of the rights to life of the Southern officers. For example, the United States Congress has enacted HR.309 recognizing the fall of Saigon on April 30, 11975. Especially, the masterminds of the proxy war America in the Republic of Vietnam do not only have self-confessed wrongful actions. When Adviser Kissinger has arrogantly declared " Vietnam failures we did to ourselves," and General Westmoreland has testified before the United States Congress and said, " A war both invades and overthrows a legal Government of the Republic of Vietnam because the Government of the United States of America has been approved for the sovereignty and self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam by the written rule of the United States of America is multilateral bilateral treaties and the international relations of protocols with the Republic of Vietnam. That is why the United States Congress has torn shreds in all. Let America sell the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China in order to make the diplomatic relations with China. In condition,   the United States Constitution has not allowed the United States Congress has self-enacted the law to invade any foreign nations. As a result, the super values of the greatest Power and Modern civilized of the American people are less than the shopping receipts. On the other hand, the greatest Power and modern civilized America has knelt under the Chinese leg in order to welcome it to destroy its Greatest Power and modern civilization. Finally, an American president who is patriotic leadership, but the political democratic party has been impeached him without having any main causes. Ironically, a democratic president has sued President Trump to the International Court of Justice because President Trump has ordered to kill an Iranian general who was opposite with the United States policy in the Mid-east; which is why the United States of America has destroyed a legal Government of the Republic of Vietnam and sold it to Mainland China, but the United States Congress has not compensated any penny when the United States Congresswoman has replied that the United States of America has brought you to the US already. When the Southern Americans have been refugees to the US, they have not had any merits what to the United States of America. Why does the United States Congress enact a law to rob the Republic of Vietnam without having the United States Constitution allowed? How is the United States Congress having selfish one's self in order to protect the discriminations national color origin with the Vietnamese people? Why did the United States Congress enact the law, but not enforce them? Moreover, one lawsuit has a witness and evidence is self-confessed before the public opinion court which is why the greatest power and modern civilized of the United States Congress has not expressed the super values of the Greatest Power and modern civilized America. Next, an American leadership who protected the human dignity of Iran guy, but the United States Congress has betrayed one million Southern Officers' imprisoned without having compensated by the American modern civilization?

The United States Congress with the American Voters look like fish and water

 The United States Congress is voted by the American Citizens which is why when the American Citizens would like to come to the United States Congress, but no congressman and woman welcomed to their people in order to express the people's will- the United States Congress is always respectfully the American democracy; that is why the United States Congress does not directly opposite its voters. Significantly, if the United States Congress would welcome to its people and would answer what the people's will needs to ask for the United States Congress. As a result, the United States Congress would show the government and the American voters to look like soldiers with people like fish and water which greatly symbolized by the modern civilized and greatest power America , which is why the United States Congress has escaped to not dare to welcome its American voters who have been voting for the United States Congress.
