In fact, on April 30, 1975, President Ford has requested the United States Congress to allow 1,700,000.00 Vietnamese people, troops, and officers to evacuate to refugees to the United States of America because we the people are cheated to fight against communism by the Government of the United States of America-therefore, President Ford would allow us to evacuate to refugees to the United States of America because we the Vietnamese people are cheated by the United States Congress. That is why the United States Congress at that time has not allowed us to evacuate refugees. When we were side by side fighting against communism to protect the super values of Americanism, HR.293 has enacted a law to praise us. However, the discrimination charism of the United States Congress did not want us to refugee which is why today the United States Congress has been welcoming 23,000,000.00 Southern Americans to easily coming to the United States of America Since we the Vietnamese people have been given ear to the American Government. In the end, we have lost all things such as our Vietnamese Ancestors, our fatherland, and properties by the United States Congress has freely enacted the law to invade and subvert the Republic of Vietnam. While we, the Vietnamese troops and officers, and the Vietnamese government employees must pay the income tax for the Government of the United States of America. That is why we Southern troops and officers lost all things but we have not earned any pennies of the pensions of our retirement. And therefore, I have written a short opinion as If the United States Congress has not discriminated against the nation color racist, the United States Congress has not allowed one million Vietnamese troops and officers to refugees to the United States of America on 30 April 1975, so the superhuman racist of the United States Congress is higher more than the respectful human rights which is why the United States Congress has enacted HR.7885 to invade and to subvert the Republic of Vietnam and then, the United States Congress has freely sold the Republic of Vietnam mainland China, but the US Congress has not allowed us to refugees. That is why the United States Congress has secretly sent us to many concentration camps. On the other hand, Twain will sell to mainland China like the Republic of Vietnam because the democratic party is a super trader which invades the small nations and then it sells them to the biggest power. Let the political democratic party enriches the boundless as one democratic member has earned $315 million when the American people increase the homeless. Because the discrimination racism of the United States Congress is higher more than the respectful human rights, the discrimination racist of the United States Congress has born out the animosity in which is born the arrogant, and the arrogant has born the inhuman war in the Republic of Vietnam. That is why the United States Congress has not dared to compensate the prisoners of war to us when the United States Congress has enacted 50 USCode 4105 June 24, 1970and HR 309, and The Hague Convention on 21 October 1950 Treatment for Prisoners of war's Geneva Convention relative to the treatment of prisoners of war, 75 U.N.T.S. 135, entered into force Oct.21.1950 Approved by the United States. Ionically, we southern Vietnam just fought against communism, and just protected the American people, and just paid income tax for the American Government which is why we were jailed by our American allies, were lost sovereignty and self-determination by the United States Congress since a few of multilateral treaties have never left our sovereignty and self-determination by the American Government approved them by the written laws. In conclusion, we Vietnamese people, troops, and officers are discriminated against by the nation color racist by the United States Congress. That is why the war of Afghanistan is favored by our American Government when there has a good time to evacuate to refugees but we the Vietnam troops, officers, and people have not had this good time to evacuate and compensated any benefit of prisoners of war because we are the yellow skin when we are discriminated racist against the nation color by the United States Congress. If the United States Congress has respected loyalty, just cause, justice, esteemed the super values of the American people, the United States Congress has never betrayed the Republic of Vietnam. If the United States Congress betrayed us, the United States Congress must compensate us to have the benefit of prisoners of war just because the United States Congress has been enacting the foreign laws to invade the Republic of Vietnam. That is why some of the democratic members are wearing the wrist-watch which is valued by one trillion, but we South Vietnam have changed to animal cattle by the United States Congress which is why the United States Congress has loudly advertised by saying, No one is above the law and constitution.
