INTRODUCTION

 

LAW OF WAR OF LAND FOR VIETNAM BY Bright Quang, that he would like to self introduce to you that which is why he would choose the Law because the law is most important to all nations of the Worldwide, the law does not only symbolize for the sublime values of each country but also represented by the super dignity of each people when a people race lives on his or her sacred sovereignty. At the same time, the law is as important as symbolized by the power of each nation in order to rule the people within UNMITIGATED PUNISHMENT FOR OFFENDERS, so that nation does not only conquer all of the hearts of people- therefore, the people who live in peace to express such as Army and people like fish and water. Thus, the use of the law of each government goes against - justice its people, so the law is to be demagogy while the nation always takes place chaotic because the law of deceiver is not respected by the people. Significantly, the law does not only protect a powerful government but also expresses the justice cause of a people and a sacred national sovereignty. If the leadership of a nation has used law for a play on tricking his or her people and such as a hoax, this leadership shall be unmasked before public opinions, and then, the honors and values of this nation can not exist for the long run. In condition, the law must go parallel together with the ethical conscience which is why the law is unmitigated punishment for offenders when the morality does not avoid punishing any citizens though a king or common citizen must be equal if the King is guilty, so the king must be judged by the law without having forgiveness. Thus, using law punishes the common population and invades the foreign nations without having any justice causes, so this nation does not only have barbarian but also wished ambitious belligerent. Therefore, the law is not justice one's self which is why God has blessed for each people's race that has sacred sovereignty; that is why we enacted the law in order to occupy other nations. Except for, if some of great powers are belligerent, they have invaded our sovereignty in themselves, we ought to self protect ones’ self. However, we should be taught the king’s belligerent when our ethical conscience would not be revenged for the innocent people because the foreign innocent people who look like our common people because our leaderships should understand about improve oneself, correct oneself, and perfect oneself, our leaderships highly esteem about the good, the true and the beautiful when our excellent leaderships do realize their foreign happiness looked their own life and their people, their foreign source of life is as important as their inner people life, and their foreign sorrow looked like their domestic people. Finally, the law is justice in which does have any animosities because the animosity’s law is born the discrimination national color origin such as discrimination is born the born out the belligerent and then, the belligerence is born out of the inhuman wars. So our world shall take place in wars forever when our law seems to deprive the rights to life of our humankind without having justice cause or so-called the ethical conscience of the law is nothing because the law is distorted by injustice as treason. PREFACE

 

In his opinion that he would describe the book’s LAW of WAR of Land for Vietnam in which it is revealed that some of American leaders are treason. First off all, we the people, have thought to why the United States Congress has decided to betray the Republic of Vietnam because the Government of the United States of America has taken advantage of the Vietnam in which the Armed conflicts is between Capitalism and communism without having any a Vietnamese people revolutions in order to save nation and people.

 First, the US Congress enacted H.R. 7885 Pub-L 88_205 Approved December 16, 1973 in order to occupy the Republic of Vietnam of the name is Foreign Assistance Acts in order to hide the ambitious hearts’ liar of the United States of America and the dreamy belligerent of the Greatest Power America because the American belligerent is born out the animosity in which is born out of the discrimination national color origin and then, the American discrimination is born the inhuman war on the whole world.

 Second, the United States of America does not only pander the Republic of Vietnam but also mobilizes the Republic of Vietnam to fight against Communism. Lets America should consume the American oldest weapons which were remade after World War II. For example, the weapons of the international communist bloc have secretly helped for the North Vietnam in which were super more than the South Vietnam.

 As a consequence, after Lunar New Year in 1968, the United States of America has begun to test for the newest weapons as MR. 15 and then the Government of the United States of America has been improved for MR. 16 and super airplanes not pilots flew. Besides that, the Government of the United States of America has signed a few multilateral and so many bilateral treaties, and the international relations of protocols with the Southern Government in order to confirm the relationship-allies warmly each other.

 

Third, the conflicts of the Government of the United States have openly appeared clearly in the Republic of Vietnam. However, the Southern situation is very difficulty’s political situation because the Republic of Vietnam does not have a weak nation but is also strongly attacked by the international communist bloc. Therefore, the United States has bullied the South Vietnam to fight against communism when the Government of the United States has strongly trampled down the Sovereignty and self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people. In condition, the United States has deprived the rights to life of the Vietnamese people by Geneva Conference on 20 July 1954.

 Fourth, whilst the United States Congress has cited the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, lets Congress allow President Kennedy who quickly sent the Special American forces to the Republic of Vietnam in 1963. In fact, the Second Amendment points out the America President who is Commander –in Chief for the Militia People to include the American Armed Forces when the US Constitution could not allow any American Presidents who self invade any foreign nations. Except for, the foreign nations shall self attack to the Sovereign America such as quickly the US Congress enacts the law to persuade American President ought to strongly fight against for the foreign invaders but without having self invaded any foreign nations because the US Constitution has respected all of the foreign nations as a good close neighbor.

 Fifth, the arrogant of the greatest power and modern civilized and progressive America has never considered for any laws one’s self and the International Agreements-and as a result, President Kennedy has secret order for his central intelligence agency (CIA) that it self assassinated a legal President Ngo Dinh Diem to lets America build a coup in the Republic of Vietnam- In the meanwhile, the Government of the United States does not only build the South situation’s chaotic but also destroys all of the super values of the South Government strategies when the effectuality successfully fought against for communism  of  President Ngo Dinh Diem does not only have humanity but also conquered all of the hearts of the Vietnamese people.

 

 Sixth, after the inner of the Government of the US has secretly fought for supremacy, President Kennedy who was secretly assassinated by a Vice President who was Johnson to be an American President. Furthermore, President Johnson secretly recalled General Westmoreland when he was controlling the battlefield during the Vietnam War. As a result, General Westmoreland should testify before the US Congress. So he said, “While highlighting the complexities of this kind of war — “a war of both subversion and invasion, a war in which political and psychological factors are of such consequence.” Ironically, General Westmoreland is a well-known hero of World War II which is why he lost a simple war by a small battlefield in the Vietnam War.

 Seventh, President Johnson took advantage of General Westmoreland’s hearing before the US Congress; he created conspiracy theory’s Salesmanship campaign. The Government of the United States has begun to betray the Republic of Vietnam by any means else. Significantly, Advisory Kissinger ought to counsel President Nixon that he is born out of the Paris Conference in order to fool the entire world’s loves peacefully more than wars. As this conference did not only easily cheat the Republic of Vietnam but also deceived the entire world again After Geneva Conference was done.

 Eighth, the Government of the United States begins to play hoax game_ in fact, the American leaders pretends to ignore all of the multilateral and bilateral treaties, and all of the international relations of protocols were solemnly signed with the Republic of Vietnam from May 24, 1924 to April 1975 to include all of the American laws and the United States Constitution carrying out for the Republic of Vietnam. Ironically, the greatest Power America has the ambitious war than the justice cause when the American Government is available to trample down all of the dignities of the American people and sublime honors of the Greatest Power America are tossed down the mud.

 Ninth, all of the super values and dignities of the American people were torn shreds and special sublime honors of the Greatest Power America are left into the enrichment boundless of the core of interests when the United States Congress has not cared for the American justice-cause. In condition, the US Congress does not only enact H.Res 293 that the US Congress has been praising for the greatest merits of the Southern Officers who were side by side fighting together  with the American troops to defeat communism. On the other hand, the American government has not respected any justice cause and the good, the true, and the beautiful of modern civilization and progressive Americans. The only war and invader are not upon the ethical conscience and the justice reason of the Greatest Power America.

 Tenth, the pretends of the United States Congress show-up the American Human Rights and Black lives Matters in order to cover up the animosities, so much of belligerent, and the discrimination national color origin such as enacting for H.R 309 in order to compensate for the Southern Officers who are prisoners of war. However, this Congress bills in order to cheat the entire world and so much of the Vietnamese Prisoners of War who are side by side fought to protect the core of interests of American leaders by the invaded wars. Significantly, the praising cause of the Southern Officers’ prisoners of war objected to the proposal for praise for neo-slave war and exploitation for the labor of the poorest men who are burdened with suffering for the invading wars.

 In conclusion, Mr. Bright Quang, he would like to enforce the United States laws in order to struggles for justice as a prisoner of war when he has never supported the firm laws by whomever works for the American Lawyers company business as no one counselor’s jurisprudence helped for his settlement case as a prisoner of war. For that reason, the American lawyers have thought him to be a Vietnamese minor ethnic group lives together with the American indigenous peoples during their discrimination national color origin-just because he does not only have poor guy but also had not had powerfully. In case, Mr. Bright Quang, he has self been spending more than fifteen years. Let him experience to study jurisprudence of the American performance’s law and the US Constitution as the accumulations of Law of War of Land for Vietnam to lets him struggles for justice as a prisoner of War- just because, no parents of the entire world were born the children who have been servicing war for the Greatest Power America without having any a little of the prisoners of war benefits. Equally, his book’s Law of War of Land for Vietnam shall be left into the American Historic War and Law.
