Bilateral Treaties in Force as of January 1, 2020

To prove, on 23 December 1950, the Government of the United States of America signed the multilateral treaty with the Republic of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia when the United States expressed loyalty, just cause, and justice, the United States symbolized American Heroism. So, the United States Congress not only approved this treaty but also enacted 22 U.S. Code 1571_1604, P.L. 329 ST Congress 63 Stat 714 December 23, 1950. This is why General Westmoreland has testified in hearings before the United States Congress when he said, " A war of both invasion and subversion in Vietnam when he cut and run out of Vietnam, he said apologized Vietnam Armed Forces." On the other hand, Ex-president Bush's son has defamed and said, " South Vietnam did not fight for their freedom which is why they have not it today." Significantly, the Government of the United States has openly declared that " Bilateral Treaties in Force as of January 1, 2020, by written rules. This is why we, the Southern Officers, have not enforced the rights of us profits, patriots, loyalty, just cause, and justice by these multilateral, bilateral treaties, while the Government of the United States of America has been signed them with the Republic of Vietnam from 23 December 1950 to 30 April 1975, the Government of the United States has been built the war in the Republic of Vietnam.
