Fixed Mindset and Young mindset in war The United States is symbolized by modern civilization and is one of five powerful countries which is why the United States has not expressed loyalty, just cause, and justice by itself while the sublime values of the greatest power America had symbolized by the law and the US Constitution through multilateral, bilateral treaties, and international relations of protocols. That is why the United States has not self-respected for whatever super values of a great powerful America. So, the moral conscience and superhuman dignity of the greatest power America were nothing because one powerful country has adequately morality, loyalty, and evidence of truths or so-called just cause. In contrast, if one powerful country has not kept them-whether, the greatest power country will not exist in the long run. To prove this, a famous American president Abram Lincoln said, “You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.” Therefore, the United States Congress had fooled the Republic of Vietnam by the people some of the time and by three multilateral, thirty-seven bilateral treaties, and by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution when the Government of the United States of America has fooled the Republic of Vietnam in the Vietnam War. In fact, the United States Congress had enacted H.R. 7885 Pub. L. 88_205. Approved. on December 16, 1963.; and carried out the Second Amendment to the US Constitution to persuade President Kennedy that he had ordered his American Armed Forces when they came to seize the Republic of Vietnam. Significantly, the United States Department of Justice who is Robert Kennedy had come to Saigon when he had solemnly mobilized the Republic of Vietnam to fight against communism to win. On the other hand, after the American Government had secretly assassinated President Ngo Dinh Diem, the Government of the United States of America betrayed the Republic of Vietnam (see page 84 Justice for Vietnam-ISBN: 978–1–6624–6387–7 by Author Bright Quang.) In the meanwhile, President Ngo Dinh Diem was successful in his hamlet strategy -while no Vietnamese communist spies secretly mobilized any peasants who supported food, medicine, or self-rebellion to destroy South Vietnam. Why didn’t the United States keep its loyalty, just cause, and justice with its Southern allies? Why had President Lyndon B. Johnson called General Westmoreland to testify hearings before the United States Congress? As a result, General Westmoreland said, “ A war of both invasion and subversion, a war in which political and psychological factors are the consequence. ( see page 62. Justice for Vietnam-ISBN: 978–1–6624–6387–7 by Author Bright Quang).” Why isn't the greatest power America predicting any worsen war consequences to take place? Why had President Lyndon B. Johnson created a salesmanship campaign ( see page 32 Law of War of Land for the Republic of Vietnam-ISBN:978–1–64674–169–4 by Author Bright Quang.) Why has a powerful country taken the Vietnam people to play a war hoax while the United States living in modern civilization, but putting the Vietnamese people to an Age stone? In conclusion, most of the American Vietnamese soldiers and too many low-level Americans are fixed mindsets, their conservative realization of belligerence not only assaulted some Vietnamese Americans with are young mindset when who dared to condemn the American Proxy War in Vietnam but also have the courage to expose inhuman war of the United States of America because they behave their treatment with their Vietnamese allies to be inequality. That is why from the former age to modern civilization not only expressed loyalty, just cause, and justice of the Vietnam War as the same as a powerful greatest America but also symbolized the law and the United States Constitution to enforce with its South Vietnam ally. In this case, the United States enacted the law to invade and subvert the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam which is why the United States Congress has not constitutionally carried out to compensate the war victims. Even worsen, the Vietnamese American prisoners of war not only were side by side fighting against Communism but also had close allies for what the Government of the United States of America impressed by the burden of suffering of its Vietnam allies - when we returned to their American motherland, we look like anima cattle living in the mansions. How would the Government of the United States of America praise the freedom, human rights, self-determination, and equality of each people's race living worldwide?
