 We the Vietnamese people remember President Bush's son he said, South Vietnam did not fight for their freedom which is why they did not have it today. Therefore, Bright Quang fights for justice as a prisoner of war if we did not fight for justice as a prisoner of war we have not had justice for it because the United States Congress enacted HR.7885 Pub. L 88_205 approved December 16, 1963. let the United States seize the Republic of Vietnam after that President Johnson created doctrine that salesmanship campaign and then, President Nixon fooled President Nguyen Van Thieu by the Paris Peace Accords when he said with his Advisor's Kissinger," If Nguyen Van Thieu does not approve the Paris Peace Accords he's cut ahead of Nguyen Van Thieu when the United States does not only abuse its must-power to bully a weak national the Republic of Vietnam but also makes wind and rain in the Republic of Vietnam because the Paris Peace Accords has not had any chapters and Articles to imprison the Vietnam Armed Forces and to delete a legal Government of the Republic of Vietnam- in the meanwhile, President Nixon has solemnly declared, " No one will be left behind of the Paris Peace Accords, he always respects the sovereignty and self-determination of the Republic of Vietnam which is why the Government of the United States has sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China to let USA earn 140,000.00 trillion from the Chinese Government. That is why the United States Congress has protected the core of interests but has not compensated any pennies for the Southern officers' prisoners of war. Why don't we struggle for justice as prisoners of war when we nod our head to invite the Government of the United States of America to come to Vietnam again? Why do we insult the Vietnamese communist leaderships follow behind mainland China, but we the Southern officers invite the USA again? Therefore, Bright Quang does not believe the Government of the United States of America when the US has been using us for henchmen of its invading wars and he has not respected any Chinese foreigners who are ruling Vietnam today. Finally, we the Vietnamese people do not esteem any foreigner who is ruled Vietnam by their must-powers. We struggle to put them out of Vietnam by the Hague Convention law without having used any war crimes. Therefore, Bright Quang must struggle for justice as prisoners of war without having had fears because the greatest power and modern civilized America has laws and the United States Constitution, so Bright Quang would like to carry out all of the above to struggle for justice as the prisoners of war because he believes on so much of the American pundits, scholars, and jurisprudence that they do not only protect their super justice but also not dishonor themselves and besides that has some of the worldwide communities should protect for justice by their own knowledge independence if the United States Congress would not realize the Unmitigated punishment for offenders. Therefore, Bright Quang must struggle for justice as the prisoners of war when the United States Congress enacted unjust law to deprive the rights to life of our Vietnamese officers' prisoners of war.
