18 USC § 1621-Perjury generally, June 25, 1948, Ch 645, Most of the American leaders have taken an oath of loyalty on the United States Constitution when they’re jointly building up for the Vietnam War which is why they have together perjury in the Vietnam War. The law enforcement of them spoke one way and acted another. In fact, the American leadership of the Vietnam War has self-confessed wrongful actions of the Vietnam War in themselves. That is why the American Government has not enforced any laws of the prisoners of war to compensate the Southern officers of prisoners of war when the American leaderships have used the American laws and treaties to change unjust laws to brainwash the Southern officers of the Prisoners of war. Ironically, why have the American leaders distorted the law and treaties to fool the Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people? In this condition, they have symbolized modern civilized and progressive nations themselves which is why they abused their modern civilization, and then, they bullied a less national modern than them thousandfold. For we are less undeveloped people and the weakest nation by poverty, yet the Government of the United States of America is the super nation of the world, but the American Government has not enforced any American human rights to help us. Furthermore, the base of the Government of the United States of America is the forceful atomic weapon and long-range missiles without human rights and ethics in the Vietnam War. For America seized the Republic of Vietnam to take a good chance when the Government of the United States of America made the Republic of Vietnam exhausted. And then, America has begun to wholly control the Republic of Vietnam from the central government to the local government. As the Republic of Vietnam looked like a fish on the chopping board during the Government of the United States of America is master on the battlefield. So, the Republic of Vietnam lost sovereignty by the American leaders. The perjury of the American leadership has played the hoax game because the American leadership not only endorsed the Sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam but also approved the self-determination of South Vietnam by the written laws. That is why the American leadership is self-torn. Especially, all the American laws, treaties, and international relations of protocols have solemnly signed with the Republic of Vietnam to be perjury-law.
