Th United States Congress sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China while three American leaders have-self-confessed wrongful actions in the Vietnam War as General Westmoreland, Secretary of state Kissinger, and President Kennedy by their written law. For these reasons, the United States Congress enacted laws to seize and subverted the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam while the Government of the United States of America signed the multilateral, bilateral treaties, and international relations of protocols with the Republic of Vietnam That is why the United States of America self-torn shreds them when the United States Congress always respects the International law, the Hague Convention, and the international laws together with so many foreign nations in the world if a few foreign nations did not respect them, the United States of America must use the right veto to heavily punish them if they uphold the treaties with the United States. That is why the United States Congress not only betrayed the Republic of Vietnam during the United States is entirely receiving the Income tax from the Republic of Vietnam but also sold-sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China and self-sent the Vietnam Armed Forces to many concentration camps of the Socialists of the Republic of Vietnam or so-called the Vietnamese communist regime. What has the United States Congress expressed loyalty, just cause, and justice with Vietnam as an ally of friendly America? Why has the United States Congress received the income tax from the Republic of Vietnam for what matters? Why does not the United States Congress pay and pensions of the Vietnamese American veterans when we return to our second motherland? What are the means of the United States Congress's law and constitution carried out in the Vietnam War?
