Ignorance

Ignorance of the South Vietnamese Officials of the Vietnam War has not understood about the United States Constitution and law. That is why they are silent to keep the head down to make enslaved war without having had benefits' the war minions. So, they didn't dare struggle for justice like the Vietnamese American Veterans. In fact, Individual Freedom and the Bill of Rights- Chapter 11- says, "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws …." That is why his sacred country, his honest father, and his family are broken up by the United States of America- therefore, his all-long life must pursue his settlement case like his war minion.
