The US Congress no action in Ukraine Awr

Dear Sir/MadamThe Current United States helps Ukraine and the United States is helpless because the internal Government of the United States of America has a secret matter what that-therefore, the American democratic party can't decide to help Ukraine and NATO is not helping Ukraine.  Nato does not unite when it is weak. For example, the UK is weaker than the war age of Ex Britain Prime Minister Winston Churchill in 1941 when he had been made rain and wind in Middle-East as today Britain and Nato has been leaning back the United States of America, but the Government of the United States of America of the Golden Age was lost by internal American politicians have been fighting for supremacy, they have not cared any foreign nations - such as Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon had been invaded and subverted. In fact, the United States Congress had enacted HR.7885 to allow President Kennedy that President Kennedy not only invaded the Republic of Vietnam but also subverted a legal government and assassinated President Ngo Dinh Diem and sold off the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China. However, the United States Congress seems not to agree to help him because the secret matter's inside of the internal Government of the United States of America was a special problem secret internal government. In conclusion, Nato does not act to help Ukraine because the United States Congress has not opened any green light. If this situation of the Ukraine nation is the same as the decade-seventy, President Putin shall follow the leg of President Ngo Dinh Diem and the Russian Government is the same as the Republic of Vietnam. So, our world shall have peace without having wars. This is why the American democratic party may build its American socialism. let's build a social totalitarian dictatorship to sit on the American head and the whole world to be handed down from father to son.
