Dear Editor Boston Globe Sir, I am very interested in reading your newsletters to send to me when your voice has strongly deeply impressed my heart, soul, mind. Therefore, I have never omitted your newsletter which was sent to me when my brain, heart, and mind have opened so much knowledge from your Boston Globe's newsletters. So, my heart looks like the morning bursts of sunshine. By the way, I would like to share with Editor Boston Globe because a few Vietnamese foreigners have self-built organizations to fight against the Vietnamese communist regime. So, I have thought they have lost their logical struggles for loyalty, justice cause, and justice for the current Vietnam situation because they have never realized the tree root, but they have seen it on the top of the tree, therefore, their struggles will not have succeeded. Respectfully Yours Dear Sir/ Madam, If we want to have freedom and democracy for Vietnam, we must directly struggle for justice for Vietnam with the Government of the United States of America because the Government of the United States of America must enforce multilateral, bilateral treaties, international relations of protocols, and the International law, so, Vietnam should have freedom, democracy, and justice, but we have never dared to struggle for justice for Vietnam direct with the Government of the United States of America. So, we will never have it- to prove, President Bush's son has scorned us and said, " South Vietnam did not fight for their freedom which is why they did not have it today." If today we have not directly dared to struggle for justice for Vietnam, that is why we have lost justice, just cause for Vietnam. In my opinion, I think that your organization has been struggling for freedom and democracy for Vietnam like water off a duck's head because you have not experienced the political struggles with our main allies. That is why I have dared to tell you about the wrong struggles because your experiences are not logical when Vietnam's situation has been controlled by the Government of the United States of America. In fact, you have never been told about the reality of Vietnam by the masterminds of the American leadership. For example, the Salesmanship campaign by President Johnson, by President Kennedy has secretly subverted South Vietnam, and by president Nixon has secretly sold off Vietnam to mainland China which is why you have not struggled correctly. Therefore, the Republic of Vietnam was lost by you and your organizations because you have not dared to directly struggle with the Government of the United States of America. Therefore, you and your organizations have lost justice. For example, the Government of the United States of America enacted the bilateral treaties No: 152, approved the sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam on April 4, 1961, by the Foreign Affairs Embassy of the United States of America in Saigon and Taxation was signed at Saigon March 31 and May 3, 1967, 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262; 685 UNTS 207, and Multilateral treaties' Mutual Defense Assistance in Indochina Agreement Signed at Saigon December 23, 1950; Entered Into force at December 23, 1950, Approved by the United States Congress' TIAS 2447; 3 UST 2756 which included Public Law 329, 81 st Congress 63 Stat. 714, 22 US, Code 1572_1604. As a result, we Vietnamese American prisoners of war ought to struggle for justice for Vietnam, so we must use the American laws and the United States Constitution to directly struggle with the Government of the United States of America. On the other hand, we should lobby the United States Congress to let the United States Congress keep the super values of America, and then the United States Congress must enforce all multilateral, bilateral treaties, and international relations protocols. Finally, we may have justice for Vietnam by our struggles for just cause, loyalty, and Justice to let us conquer all hearts of the American people and the United States Congress, and the worldwide by our just cause, justice, and loyalty with our motherland's USA. if we struggle without having any logical reasons, our struggles look like water off a duck's head. Therefore, we must strongly stand up to struggle for just cause, justice, and loyalty by our strong and solemn, and main energies without having violated law and the United States Constitution if we are courageous.
