To prove, you have enacted H.R 309 recognizing the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, but you have not resolved the settlement case for the Vietnamese American prisoners of war, you have said no one is above the law and the US Constitution which is why the US Congress has enacted H.R. 7885 Pub-l 88-205 to seize to subvert the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam. As you know your Vietnamese allied were imprisoned for one million Southern officers by your Congress policy and three hundred thousand Southern officers were secretly sentenced to death without having openly judged by the United States Congress's hands-off policy. Significantly, how would the United States Congress enforce the Fourteenth Amendment and the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution for the Vietnamese American prisoners of War? On the other hand, when Madam impacted Ex-President Trump, you said no one is above the law and Constitution which is why Madam not only prejudiced the law against the Vietnamese American prisoners of war but also carried out your critical race theory discrimination against the national color race because we are the Asian race. Why has not the United States Congress looked back on the Vietnam War from what the US Congress enacted the law and approved three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties to respect the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam? How would the United States Congress think back H..R. 293? Perhaps, the US Congresswomen have not borne any children when the Congresswomen have not endured to feel any burden of suffering to be born the children- therefore, the Congresswomen are insensitivities to the Vietnamese American prisoners of war. If the US Congresswomen thought to look like our President Biden who was lost the best son after a son of our president had left the Iraq war-therefore, our president is always regretting his wonderful son when the US Congresswomen have never had any cases the same as our President Biden. As a result, the United States Congress enacted the law in one way, but the US Congress acts another. In conclusion, because the US Congress allowed me to join with the immediate attention to the US Congresswomen In political goal, I would like to express my loyalty by myself-opinion to submit our Congress.
