Proposal for a master's degree

Happy New Year Vice President Bill Gray, First, I wish you, your family, and your Hillsdale College the best in everything you do- you are in good health, your family is happy, and your College has full students to enroll. Second, if our American Government enforced the United States Constitution in my settlement case for prisoners of war or the Vietnamese American veterans, I will donate to your college, I believe our Congress must carry out the American Laws and the United States Constitution to resolve my settlement case because super values of the United States of America can not escape my settlement case for prisoners of war because the United States Congress enacted the law to invade and subvert the Republic of Vietnam- therefore, the United States Congress should express the American law and the United States Constitution when my settlement case has three American leaders have self-confessed wrongful actions in the Vietnam War by their written law, but the democrats of the United States Congress have not yet resolved my settlement case because the Democratic Party not only discriminated against national color race but also prejudiced the American laws- therefore, the democratic party has not resolved my settlement case for the Vietnamese American Veterans. Finally, how fair would Vice President Bill Gray think of the US Congress to enforce the US Constitution and law when you always persuade me to study the US Constitution? Because the study of the Constitution must be practiced exactly, the education of the US Constitution was learned but the practices could not be perfect, so the studies are hard, but the US Constitution acted differently like my settlement case has enforced the American laws and the US Constitution. In fact, the duty of the United States Congress was enacted H.R.7885. Pub. L. 88_205. Approved on Dec. 16, 1963, so the obligations of the United States Congress not only carried out the law but also enforced the US Constitution to compensate for the injuries of the Southern officers' ally of the United States of America- in contrast, the US Congress can not escape its sacred obligations when the US Congress self-deprived the right to life of the Southern Officers by three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties signed with the Republic of Vietnam. For I wish to study a Master's degree in the United States Constitution at Hillsdale College, but the US Constitution of Hillsdale College looks like a product advertisement, and I shall pay the highest fee but the result of my education will be nothing.
