How would you think about the US Supreme Court when it was discriminated settlement case of the Vietnam War of a Vietnamese American prisoner of war because he only seeks American justice for his truth of case within American law?
In his opinion that he did not only lose his wonderful Vietnam Land but also had all of democracy, freedom, and justice let him demean oneself to make a modern slavery war in his second mother of American. When the United States Congress has been enacting for 50 U.S.Code 4105- Prisoner of war and 50 U.S.Code 4101 Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States. Because the United States Congress has enacted 28 U.S.Code 1346 the United States as defendant which is why the defendant is against oneself in order to contempt for the United States Congress has enacted American law when the United States Congress did not only enact the statutory for the Vietnam War in which Hr.7885 section 407 (SEC. 407 No department, agency, officer, or employee of the US shall, under the authority of this Act, exercise any direction, supervision, or control over, or impose any requirements or conditions with respect to, the personnel, curriculum, methods of instruction, or administration of any educational institution. Approved Dec. 16, 1963, 11 a.m but also endorsed to approve the Republic of Vietnam sovereignty, which is 22 U.S.C. §§ 1571_1604. In fact, in 1961 the US Attorney General Robert Kennedy has come to the Republic of Vietnam when he declared and said, “ Vietnam War must be won communism.” Ironically, the mastermind of the Vietnam war who’s the Kissinger has self-confessed wrongful actions in the Vietnam war when he self-confessed and said, “ Vietnam failures we did to ourselves.” Therefore, exact evidence of Vietnam does not need to judge, but the Government of the United States of America only rightly enforce American law in order to compensate injuries to his prisoner of war.
