The Superman Racism of the US Congress

Hello There, My name is Bright Quang, a Vietnamese American artist, sculptor, and writer, and prisoner of war, and poet which is why I struggle for justice as a prisoner of war when my settlement case of prisoner of war is the same as lieutenant John Kerry has struggled for justice as the Amerindian veterans of the Vietnam War. That is why John Kerry testified hearings before the United States Congress, but my settlement case of prisoner of war has not testified before the United States Congress when I have submitted my proposal for Hearing. For the logical reason, a Written Statement case for Prisoner of War when I have carried out 28 US. Code 1346b.June 25,1948-Chapter 171 Tort Claims Procedure, I have in my hands that the three pieces of written evidence of the three American leaderships are: General Westmoreland, Secretary of State Kissinger, and lieutenant John Kerry because they were testified hearing before the United States Senate. So, they have self-confessed wrongful actions in Vietnam. That is why the United States Congress has abused its power to bully me when I am a Vietnamese artist, poet, and sculptor, and writer, and prisoner of war, I struggle for justice as a prisoner of war which is why the United States Congress has self-swallowed its loyalty by said: " No One is above the law." In the meanwhile, the United States Congress enacted HR.7885 Public law 88_205 to invade the Republic of Vietnam and after 30 years of the inhuman war. The Government of the United States of America has sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China before the Government of the United States of America has self-torn shreds multilateral, bilateral treaties, International relations of protocols, and include the Hague Convention and the indigenous law with the Republic of Vietnam have been approved. You should review my book's Law of War of Land for the Republic of Vietnam because this book will be published too soon. Therefore, I have quoted, " Distort justice as treason. “Just because while I have been petitioning my settlement case of prisoner of war on August 19, 2019, to the United States Congress, that is why the United States Congress has not had any written rules because my settlement case for prisoner of war has requested a response by law. Ironically, the United States Congress has secretly ordered its Department of Security to shut down my website’s HTTPS:// www.brightquang.net and my email’s bright_qng@yahoo.com-since I have accumulated ten thousand dollars to build my small business. So, the interest rate will update to $52,500.00 when I am unable to repay the student loan. That is why the superman-racist of the United States Congress has not only discriminated against the national color skin but also prejudiced the law and the Constitution with me when I am a Vietnamese ethnic minority living together with the American indigenous peoples which are why I am not equal to petition. Once, why does the superman-racist of the United States Congress discriminate me and prejudice law and constitution-during, the United States Congress has solemnly protected Black Lives Matters which is why the superman-racist of the United States Congress trampled me down to the mud without having any oxygen. That is why the rights of American citizens are discriminated against by the superman-racist of the United States Congress. Therefore, my wisdom struggles for justice as a prisoner of war must have been cast into the book’s Law of War of Land for the Republic of Vietnam will live a long-lasting when the superman-racism of the United States Congress is short.
