Dear sir,
I would like to submit this let you may be equally evaluate to my thoughts when I do wish publishing for my book's Voice of Modern Slavery War. For me would think my literature, which is discriminated between Native Americans and Vietnamese America writer by the American publishers.
Second, I have been studying for the United States Constitution, statutes, and statutory for ten years in the past, but I have never seen the rules of censor Act enacted in our nation. However, I have had studying to the First Amendment to the United States Constitution when I would like to carry out individual liberty,freedom of speech, and freedom of thoughts without incites to violation and terrorist.
Third, My sufferings and unhappiness are speaking out in order to delete so much of worst of memory of the Vietnam, which have been existent in my brain, mind, and soul because I was inmate of the Vietnam war when our nation could not perform justice - during, the United States Constitution is showing up it. For the political prisoner of war has long been stressed for the long run - specially, since, I was betrayed by my partnership when the United States Constitution did not allow to anyone who was against to our American justice.
Fourth, the duty and responsibility of a Vietnamese America writer, artist, and poet would not bend his pen. In my means that book looks like a master-key, opens to the mankind treasure which is why I have taken full advantage of my heart, brain, and spirit in order to cast into my book.
As a result, I think I am discriminated literature, culture and art by the American publishers because I am not Native American when I was prisoner of conscience. So, I would like to share a short essay to you when I appreciate listen to you.

Dear Publisher,
I would think that our nation did not have any censor policy. Your company policy, in which I have had discussed with your manager and Timothy already.
Second, these people in my book that I have rights to show them because they are exactly events of the world situation. You can not request to judge of the American court, which may judge of the American courts or the arbitrators of the International Court, because my matter has been petitioning to the Courts.
No duty and responsibility of publisher can request to its customer who displays any decisions of the Courts , and then, the company publishing must decide when I am self publishing book. If you accept my work, you publish. If you do not like you should refund back, you know to some of publishers that they would evaluate to manuscripts, and after that, they offered a pricing if the the customers who accept to the offers and pay on installation or pay off.
However, the images in my book, which you are rights to take them out of my book. If you are super censor my book, you should refund back to me without subtract any pennies. Because I have understood to some of self- publishers, they used censor under mask of the deceiver in order to take the payments of writers of the customers. They did not perform the United States Constitution, in which is the first Amendment to the Constitution.
Finally, I will seek other publishers when they are contracting with me, but I do love your Publisher because your company has been publishing more of my book within the fifteen years in the past.
