It was the 14th Amendment, first drafted in 1866 and ratified in 1868, that would prove the most far-reaching and that today sits all too squarely between the Native United States and the foreign countries which is why the Native United States has been abusing mighty to have not only invaded and subverted many foreign national countries like the Republic of Vietnam after thirty years in the evil war but also sold its close Vietnam ally to socialism without having compensated a penny to its enslaved war. Therefore, the United States Constitution should be reviewed to correct the Constitutional Court to situation's modern civilization Age that cannot deceive the American people and human world for the long run.
