Comments on the sublime values of the American Law Nature- I disagree with you for two reasons: first, the United States would promote equality, freedom, and independence for the Vietnamese people which is why the United States not only betrayed the legal government of the Republic of Vietnam but also imprisoned one million South Vietnam soldiers, and murdered three hundred thousand South Vietnam officers who are close ally with the United States. In the meantime, we were side by side fighting against the Vietnamese communists to protect the sublime values of the American people. Second thing, the United States Constitution did not allow any lawsuits if the claimants had not had an American citizen, the American leaders and the American citizens had not begun Vietnamese citizens that is why the United States Constitution allowed them to invade and subvert the Republic of Vietnam. In contrast, the American leaders abused their Constitution when they invaded and subverted their South Vietnam ally, but the United States Congress has not carried out its Law Nature to compensate for our injured war. So, the Government of the United States of America not only defamed us but also altered us into animal cattle while the United States symbolizes the modern civilization Age, the United States of America enacted unjust laws to cheat some undeveloped nations like Vietnam. On the other hand, a few American citizens compare World War One with the Vietnam war as the same one. Therefore, I must join it out and say: We should understand the Vietnam War and WWI are different. The United States abused its Constitution to invade and subvert its South Vietnam ally. So, WWI was two groups that were fighting against each other when the United States joined to defeat one side. WWI began on 28 July 1914; and ended on November 11, 1918. Or the so-called Great War. On other hand, the Vietnam War was the civil war when North Vietnam, which was followed by communism fought against the Nguyen Dynasty in 1853, the French Emperor invaded Vietnam one hundred years in the past. So, a few Vietnamese leaders followed the Qing Dynasty. Let them fight against the French Emperor. In the meantime, the communist bloc was secretly nourishing Mr. Ho Chi Minh with the help’s America. Therefore, in the Dien Bien Phu battle in 1954, the United States did not hold its promise to help the French Emperor defeat North Vietnam. As we know at the time, the Chinese communist troops secretly helped North Vietnam not only fight against the French Emperor’s troops but also defeat the Nguyen Dynasty's troops. As a result, the French troops must surrender to North Vietnam when the United States sponsored the multilateral treaty on 20 July 1954. On the other hand, during the conflict of the United States Congress solemnly approved the multilateral treaties’ Mutual Defense Assistance on 23 December 1950, the United States Congress approved by 22 U.S.C. 1571_1604.Pub.L.329,81st Congress-63 Stat-714-December 23, 1950. How would we evaluate the sublime values of the United States Law or Law Nature of the father of national America in the Vietnam War? At this time, the United States just kicked the French Emperor’s troops out of Vietnam, and the United States Congress solemnly supported assistance in Southeast Asia to conclude Cambodia, Laos, and the Republic of Vietnam. How would we realize this multilateral treaty of the United States of America? How do we reevaluate sublime loyalty, just cause, and justice of the written rule by the United States Congress? In conclusion, the United States of America not only symbolizes the modern civilization Age but also expresses more values of the American laws and the United States Constitution, so we the people are impressed by the superhuman dignity of the greatest powerful America when our fathers of national America found a great nation and built up the law nature and our Constitution which is why would descendants of America to self-changed all sublime values of our national fathers like the Vietnam War in law and Constitution?
