We, the entire Human Beings, can't believe in what the American Government saying

We, the human beings, can't believe what the American Government saying but we must look at what the United States does because of the Vietnam War, the American Government had been signed three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties including approving the independence and the right to self-determination the Republic of Vietnam which is why the United States had not only betrayed South Vietnam but also sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China. Therefore, we, the entire human beings, do not yet believe in what the American Government declared.
