I would like to submit this to you because the US Department of Secretary has been notified for all nations of the world that if wanted to claim the Government of the United States of America should follow with the American law to be the international law.
If some countries did not claim so the American law was done. So I have gotten these laws when I researched them. To follow the law, so the American Government has not endorsed the Democratic Republic of Vietnam when the American Government has been approving for the Republic of Vietnam because of these laws of American government could not be the International law as the Republic of Vietnam that approved by the Government of the United States of America.
