That is why the United States Congress has abused its power to bully me when I am a Vietnamese artist, poet, and sculptor, and writer, and prisoner of war, I struggle for justice as a prisoner of war which is why the United States Congress has self-swallowed its loyalty by said " No One is above the law." in the meanwhile, the United States Congress enacted HR.7885 Public law 88_205 to invaded the Republic of Vietnam and father 30 years of the inhuman war. The Government of the United States of America has sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China before the Government of the United States of America has self-torn shreds multilateral, bilateral treaties, International relations of protocols, and include the Hague Convention and the indigenous law with the Republic of Vietnam. You should be reviewed to my book's Law of War of Land for the Republic of Vietnam because this book will be published too soon.
