According to me that I am a Vietnamese American citizen, I
do not have any of the equality, the justice, and the rights when I live in the
United States of America
of modern civilization. Therefore, my ballot always attends to vote for a few
of elections in which are from the local government to the central government.
Even good, our presidential general elections of the America is every important to my
life. Therefore, my ballot is careful to vote for one American presidential
candidate with whom must have a few of personalization.











First of all, my ballot should be voted for an American
Presidential candidate when who the requiring of president candidate must have
full of ethical conscience because of his ethical conscience is every impressed
for the human beings and the worldwide. For the reason that in the American
society, the American children are freely attending many schools in order to
improve oneself. When their foods eat half, they have thrown an half. Moreover,
the foreign children were unlucky when they were not having any schools in
order to study because the bombs of war are destroying all of their dreams
during their bally of the child was empty food. Almost of them lost fathers or
mothers by the invaded wars. 
Significantly, an American president does not only represent the super
values of the American citizens by a great America but also did approved the
self determination and sovereignty of the foreign nations as like the American
sovereignty. Future, the hope of all of the American citizens is cast into our
super American President which is why a core of the heart of American President
does not only respect the super honor of American citizens but also highly
loved the human beings in the whole world that looks like his pupil of his
eyes. For example, an American President Life lives in a luxurious mansion when
his mansion is the higher fence which is why the American President has orders
some of foreign wars in order to destroy the peaceful human beings and the
foreign property if an American president respected the foreign property to
look like his luxurious mansion, his world is peaceful.











Next, an American presidential candidate will be voted by my
ballot when an American President should reduce the American homeless which is
why many terms of American presidents have not considered to the miserable life
of the low class, but they were available to spend so much of billion dollar to
the foreign wars. Even worsen, they have availably been selling the American
treasury tickets, let them get money to playing wars game which is why they
have not transferred their war budget to the American -community benefits in
order to bury the distance hole of the rich and the poor, but they only enrich one.
Especially, almost of American presidents seemed not regard the American laws
and the United States Constitution when they are a head of the United States
Constitution. That is why they have had not respected any American laws in the
war law and the international Conventions. For example, the Vietnam War, the
American presidents did not only respect any the United States Treaties, the
American laws, and the international Agreements, and the protocols of
international relations but also were torn shred them in order to fool a small
national Republic
of Vietnam. In fact, the
American financial Aid supported the Republic
of Vietnam, but it was
cut off, but this financial Aid was secretly transferred supporting for Syrian
War by the American President.











In conclusion, not only my ballot, but also have all of the
American citizens' ballots to should be careful to vote for the best of
American president with whom ought to be enough to good personalization without
had voting for the worse candidate. Because the bad candidate will push the America to the
dark hole, the best candidate may raise the American honor and super values.

I’d like to self introduce to sir that I have thought about the American law in which is “unmitigated punishment for offenders.” Even so good, I am a virtuous Vietnamese American man, creates a Noble Doctrine that’s called Noble Paths and Five Right Ways in which are Happiness, Source of Life and Sorrow (distress) and Five Right Ways are Right Thoughtfulness, Right Love, Right Forgiveness, Right Struggle and Right Independence. These are so-called surveying compass to push me to the orientation one’s purpose of the true value of one's life. Because I always highly esteem the good, the true and the beautiful, and then, I must be able to donate part of the rest of my life to mankind because of its happiness looked like my own. Its source of life is as important as my life and its sorrow looked like my own. My Five Right Ways: the Right Thoughtfulness, the Right Love, the Right Forgiveness, these belong to the ethic conduct of my heart; the Right Struggle and the Right Independence have belonged to mental discipline or so-called is wisdom. The base on the Vietnam War has taken place from China, France, and the proxy war of America did not only have the whole Vietnamese people but also had me to be a war victim of them. My family and I have been the burden of sufferings for the long run by the barbarous wars. Therefore, I compose this doctrine in order to remind many Great Powers on the world that they should transfer wars to peace - even good; the formal principle of justice of impression should enforce the law if the law is distorted by the powerful, so we, the Vietnamese American's prisoner of war, must be struggled for the Justice without had fearless and animosity when buries the hatchet. Let's protect the super values of the United States Constitution and American justice because of the United States of America is my second fatherland.
Second, I would think about the American law which has equally enacted by the United States Congress. However, a few American leaders who have distorted the American law for the Prisoner of a war of the Vietnam War. Let them push the Vietnam War of the proxy war of the United States of America to the inhuman war. Even worse, when they were arrogant, they did not only have contemptuously of public opinion of our worldwide but also held in contempt for the Republic of Vietnam and the Southern people that we are very stupid to no understanding about the United States Constitution and the American law when the United States Congress enacted. In deeply, the Republic of Vietnam of us that the Government of the United States of America did not only respect our self- determination by the United States Treaties which were to be the International Agreements but also had the United States Congress enacting for statutorily and had solemnly declared by the protocols of the international relations of both nations. Significantly increased, all of super values of the United States Constitution, the American law, and the United States Congress has been cast into statutorily of the Vietnam War of the proxy war of the United States of America when the Government of the United States of America has formatted the Vietnam War by the proxy war of America which is why the American leaders and the government employees had violated statutorily. In fact, the Government of the United States of America did not only keep the promises of their proxy war to perform in the Republic of Vietnam but also had torn shred statutorily and all of the United States treaties and the International Agreements of the Vietnam War. Especially, the International Convention for Prisoner of War did not only approved by the Government of the United States of America but also had the United States Congress enacting statutorily for its own law of prisoner of war which is why the prisoner of war of the Vietnam War of the Southern Officers did not enforce by the American Government.
Finally, I am not having any powers when my hands have no unarmed, but my brain, my mind, and my young mindset are realized where is wrong and right or correct and not correct of the American law of the Vietnam War of prisoner of war and therefore, I do believe the United States Congress has enacted [USC02] 5 USC 702: Right of review - uscode.house.gov. Indeed, the masterminds of the Vietnam War of the proxy war of the Government of the United States of America, they were self-confessed wrongful actions. Why didn't the Government of the United States of America compensate any benefit-pennies of my prisoner of war? In compare, the Government of the United States of America has enacted S.484 Bring Them Home Alive or the so-called Refugee Act, which has not corresponded with Prisoner of War Act. For example, I was Lieutenant Police District chief of the Republic of Vietnam and was a sculptor, and was a writer, but then I got refugee to the United States. I have trained a low-class job by the American Government. When many Americans of the mental cases and the violated crimes, they were doing for a job, they were working the same as me in the Goodwill Company. Their salary received $720.00 per month- however; the local government has paid me to get $ 36.00 per month. Ironically, the local government did not give me to transfer to any universities to let me re-earn a Bachelor Arts degree. For that reason, I was a prisoner of war; I freely ought to enroll at some of the American universities. Why am I demeaned making for modern slavery in the United States of America when I had a wonderful nation in which had freedom, democracy, and justice, and small business to look like the American capitalist policy? For the reason that the proxy war of the Government of the United States of America has been taken place in the Republic of Vietnam, the American Government has not had respected sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam and not esteemed self-determination of Southern Vietnam.  Case in point, my dissertation of the art of struggles has based on the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States Congress enacted in order to have self- evident of truths when I was maltreated prisoners of war of the American law by the proxy war of America. I’d like to self introduce to Sir that I have thought about the American law in which is “unmitigated punishment for offenders.” Even so good, I am a virtuous Vietnamese American man, creates a Noble Doctrine that’s called Noble Paths and Five Right Ways in which are Happiness, Source of Life and Sorrow (distress) and Five Right Ways are Right Thoughtfulness, Right Love, Right Forgiveness, Right Struggle and Right Independence. These are so-called surveying compass to push me to the orientation one’s purpose of the true value of one's life. Because I always highly esteem the good, the true and the beautiful, and then, I must be able to donate part of the rest of my life to mankind because of its happiness looked like my own. Its source of life is as important as my life and its sorrow looked like my own. My Five Right Ways: the Right Thoughtfulness, the Right Love, the Right Forgiveness, these belong to the ethic conduct of my heart; the Right Struggle and the Right Independence have belonged to mental discipline or so-called is wisdom. The base on the Vietnam War has taken place from China, France, and the proxy war of America did not only have the whole Vietnamese people but also had me to be a war victim of them. My family and I have been the burden of sufferings for the long run by the barbarous wars. Therefore, I compose this doctrine in order to remind many Great Powers on the world that they should transfer wars to peace - even good; the formal principle of justice of impression should enforce the law if the law is distorted by the powerful, so we, the Vietnamese American's prisoner of war, must be struggled for the Justice without had fearless and animosity when buries the hatchet. Let's protect the super values of the United States Constitution and American justice because of the United States of America is my second fatherland.

However, a few American leaders who have distorted the American law for the Prisoner of a war of the Vietnam War. Even worse, when they were arrogant, they did not only have contemptuously of public opinion of our worldwide but also held in contempt for the Republic of Vietnam and the Southern people that we are very stupid to no understanding about the United States Constitution and the American law when the United States Congress enacted. In deeply, the Republic of Vietnam of us that the Government of the United States of America did not only respect our self- determination by the United States Treaties which were to be the International Agreements but also had the United States Congress enacting for statutorily and had solemnly declared by the protocols of the international relations of both nations. Significantly increased, all of super values of the United States Constitution, the American law, and the United States Congress has been cast into statutorily of the Vietnam War of the proxy war of the United States of America when the Government of the United States of America has formatted the Vietnam War by the proxy war of America which is why the American leaders and the government employees had violated statutorily.
