Dear American President Sir, I have been respectfully Sir and wishing to follow behind Sir, however, my dreams were broken up because of Sir did not consider to the United States Constitution when My settlement case was submitted to sir by 28 US code 1346- United States as defendant-Law.cornell.EDU submitted my book Justice for Vietnam and my settlement case to Sir and to the United States Congress when my settlement case was waiting for the seventeen years. As a result, my one life will be passing away when my age is higher and my time is shorter. Therefore, I am not interested in American politics.
