The Plaintiff seeks Justice of the United States of America as Prisoner of War

The plaintiff's Bright Quang​has the newest self-evidence-truth of the Vietnam War which is why the United States Constitution has not allowed any American Presidents to secretly assassinate any foreign presidents. That is why President Kennedy has self sat on his Constitution. Let him build a war of both invasion and subversion in the Republic of Vietnam. Just because the United States Congress has cited the Second Amendment to the US Constitution to allow its president to invade and subvert the Republic of Vietnam. Therefore, the plaintiff Bright Quang​ would like to petition the United States Senate must compensate his war victim as a prisoner of war because the United States of America has not enforced any multilateral, bilateral treaties, and international relations of protocols with the Republic of Vietnam. Especially, a bilateral treaty on April 1, 1961, was signed in Saigon in which the United States of America has not only approved the sovereignty of the Republic of Vietnam but also endorsed the self-determination of the Southern people which is why the United States of America has destroyed a legal government of the Republic of Vietnam. In fact, the American Government has signed a bilateral treaty, enforced the Southern government employees in which we must pay the income tax for the American Government which is 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262; 685 UNTS207 by edited and published Secretary of States. However, the United States of America has not agreed and then the American Government has sold off the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China to protect the core of interests of the United States of America. Ironically, the United States Congress has self-enacted the law to seize the Republic of Vietnam and to force us to pay the income tax to the United States of America, but the United States Congress has not agreed on Neo South Vietnam colonialist, the American Government has sold our sacred fatherland to mainland China and sent us to the Vietnamese communist jails without having compensated any pensions. While the American Government is richer more than us trillion fold, the delicious foods of the American children eat half and throw a half.
