Dear Senator John Madam

Dear Senator Madam I have submitted my settlement case for prisoners of war to both Houses of the United States Congress and the Senate House. In fact, I have been carrying out the American laws, Constitution, the Hague Convention, and three multilateral and thirty-seven bilateral treaties of America have solemnly been signed with the Government of the Republic of Vietnam which is why the US Congress self-torn shreds them. On the other hand, the US Congress not only sold the Republic of Vietnam to mainland China but also sent us to many concentration camps in the highlands of South Vietnam. In the meanwhile, the US Congress self-nationalized our properties, so our families were homeless, and no schools let our children study. Not only the native Vietnamese people and Vietnam armed forces have been paid the Income tax to the US Congress's Act is 18 UST 546; TIAS 6262; 658 UNTS 207. Exchange of notes at Saigon on March 31, and May 3, 1967. Entered into force May 3, 1967. That is why the Vietnamese American veterans have not earned any pensions when we returned to our second motherland. Therefore, Mr. Bright Quang would like to petition both houses of the US Congress to see American Justice for the Vietnamese American veterans without having any political motives. Because the income tax of America is a very important duty and responsibility of the American citizens, no American citizens escaped the income tax. If someone violated the Income tax, who should be prosecuted by the US Department of Justice like the Ex-president Trump case that is why the US Congress received the income tax of the Republic of Vietnam, but not rebuilds South Vietnam, yet the US Congress did not only sell us to mainland China but also betrayed South Vietnam's ally of the United States of America. Therefore, Mr. Bright Quang is an ex-lieutenant police chief of the Vietnamese American veteran, let him struggle for justice as a Veteran because Ex-President Bush's son declared and said, ``South Vietnam did not fight for their freedom which is why they have not it today." If Mr. Bright Quang did not struggle for his benefit, he would have never earned any pensions. As a result, Mr. Bright Quang would like to petition his settlement case for Senator Madan to help. Respectfully Yours.
